11. The Successful bidder should operate the Unit on continuous basis ughout the Leasc Contract period. 13. All rates, laxes as applicablc on the ]-ease Conlract amount, claims, d consent fee ievied by the Pollution Cont1ol IJoard, dcmands anc outgolrlgs ll be bolnc by the successful bidder.
