We have listed all countries that are known to have open and operating offices. For the purpose of this tabulation, island group territories (as listed and footnoted above) are each counted as one country/territory. Although offices may not be open and operating on each island of the grouping, the head office/master franchisee for the territory can list and service virtually all islands in the grouping. For territories/regions such as the United Kingdom, individual countries are listed due to the fact that open and operating offices are not located in each country of the territory. For United Arab Emirates and India, specific metro areas/territories have been sold under Master Franchise Agreements and are noted within the columns. Hong Kong and Macau have been included under China for tabulation purposes, since one government presides over the terretories and all are under one master franchise agreement per brand. All Coldwell Banker International Master Franchise Agreements include riders that allow master franchisees to have Coldwell Banker Commercial operations, except for the Mumbai (India) agreement, which is residential only. The countries listed in the Coldwell Banker Commercial column are countries in which BOTH Coldwell Banker residential offices exist as well as stand-alone Coldwell Banker Commercial operations..
