Chapter 100 100.1 This Chapter shall outline the system of the Student Body Statutes observed by the Senate in enacting Statutes, and by the Attorney General in exercising statutory revision, as well as provide definitions, interpretations, in the construction of, and compliance with, these statutes. These statutes shall be considered the copyrighted intellectual property of the Florida State University Student Government Association; however, these statutes may be reproduced and adopted by any entity for non-commercial purposes, so long as such entity attributes the origination of the work to “The Florida State University Student Government Association.” 100.2 There will be eleven titles, each dealing with related and similar topics, and each composed of a number of numerically designated chapters, as follows: TITLE I (100-199) Definitions, Interpretations, Construction and Compliance with the Statutes. life with cancer bodybook Battling cancer while & the world watches health Glamour ’s Erin Zammett Ruddy bonds with MTV’s Diem Brown over their very public struggles with cancer—and their determination to beat it. n 2001 Erin Zammett Ruddy, now 28, was diagnosed with chronic myeloge- nous leukemia (CML), a cancer that until recently proved fatal for many pa- tients. For four years, she’s chronicled her experiences in these pages. Now in remission, Erin recently met up with Diem Brown, a 25-year-old ovarian cancer survivor who’s known for her role on MTV’s Real World/Road Rules Challenge: Fresh Meat, to trade cancer war stories and get inspiration for the challenges ahead. Enough about me About a month ago a friend forwarded me an article about Diem Brown, MTV’s tiny, blond reality show dynamo. In September 2005, just after being selected for the show, Diem, then 24, was diagnosed with stage 2 ovarian cancer (only 30 percent of women survive advanced stages of the disease). She had one of her ova- ries, several lymph nodes and part of one of her Walking in New York fallopian tubes removed. Ernie Wesolowski of the NRC reports that about 30 people attended, all of them members of both clubs. Off to your left are two photos that I was able to find of convention attendees. Sorry but I can’t put names to the bodies in the pictures, but I think the guy in the Hawaiian shirt is Frank Merrill. Ernie (red hat, I think) sent over two photos of the Omaha antenna farm. These are located on the inside back cover. This convention could very well turn out to be the last convention, so I hope those who went enjoyed it. -

His first ‘official release’ was a song that he wrote in tribute to one of his MTV reality show - The Real World (2006) - co-stars Diem Brown titled “Beautiful Girls” premeiring in People Magazine. His followup and second single “Anyone Would Know,” remixed by Swedish DJ John Dahlback released in the summer of 2017 on Armada Records and was impressively streamed on over 400 playlists worldwide. Mallory released his debut EP “Loud” in 2017 on his independent label Lionboy Records, with the music video for single “Be Without You” premiering on the influential music and culture website PopDust. The single “Because of Love,” a collaboration with French artist Vorden premiered in Dance Music website Your EDM. The title track “Loud” was remixed by EDM artist Landis and signed to Cedric Gervais’ label Delecta. The track “Not That Far Away” received significant retail radio play in both the US and France thus opening up the door to a 3-song project with French DJ Loic Penillo: “Thinking of U” signed to Warner Denmark, as well as “Dance With Me” (aired on MTV France and nominated for Best Music Video at the 2018 International Out Web Awards) and “Drink You Away” both singles signed to the French label Sidekick Music. -
