Brisbane, I salute you. Like a youngest child determined to steer its own course, your dining scene has become a force to be reckoned with – an exciting lure for diners and restaurateurs alike.

Rockpool Dining Group has been a proud supporter of, and contributor to, that growth, opening our first restaurants in Brisbane in 2010 – Bavarian Bier Café and Saké Restaurant & Bar, which has been a hatted restaurant every year since.
