At the end of World War II in Burma, Canadian Royal Air Force pilot Forrester is a loner whose bravery can't cover a streak of reckless instability. When his actions cause an injury, he is nearly transferred, but Dr. Harris recommends pulling him from duty, due to the emotional trauma he's suffered.

Rock and roll star Jeep Jackson is riding on the crest of fame, when he suddenly finds himself drafted into the British army. Jeep's manager however, doesn’t want his fame to fade and continues to get him work outside of the army which causes problems with his commanding officers…
