Georgia Regional Training Institute The Georgia RTI is located on Dobbins ARB, but lodging is separate Located on Dobbins Air Reserve Base from the Dobbins Inn. ILLINOIS Marseilles Training Center This facility is used by the Illinois Army National Guard as a Training 2543 N. 23d Road Center. Web Site: (www.whfrtc.ky.gov) LOUISIANA Gillis W Long Center Lovely Facility nested in Oak Trees right against the east bank of the 5445 Point Clair Rd Miss River. For 100 years this was site of the Hansen's Disease Carville, LA 70721 (Leprocy) research and treatment center - in 1999, the LA National Phone: 225-319-4680/4675 Guard accuired the site and has various units plus Youth Challenge and Web Site: (gilliswlongcenter.org) Fed Job Corp Training Centers located here. Rooms, Shopette, Silo Lounge, Nine Hole Golf Course, Dining Facility, Fitness Center, Lake Facility with paddle boats, Tennis Courts, 2 Churches, Leprocy Museum I live less than 10 miles on the West Bank of River from this facility. 20 miles south of Baton Rouge, 12 miles east of Exit 177, I-10 Camp Minden The old Louisiana Army Ammunition Plant which has been taken over as 100 Louisiana Ave a Training Site by the Louisiana National Guard. It is located right off of Minden, LA 71055 I-20E (Exit 38) which is approximately 12 mies east of Bossier City Phone: 318-382-4159 I20/I220 Exit 26. Travel south from exit 38 about 1/2 mile to US 80, left Web Site: for about 1 mile to MacArthur Ave MP Station. You will be given http://la.ng.mil/installations/camp-minden/Pages/ diriving instructions to the BOQ/BEQ lodging building. This facility is default.aspx new, was finished in the summer of 2011, and should be a great alternative to Barksdale AFB, especially if you are traveling east on I-20. A new Regional Training Institute is also being built on the facility, so remember vacancies may not always be available, especially on training week-ends. There 6 rooms equipped with the following: double bed; air/heat; private bathroom/shower; phone; small fridge; small microwave oven; coffee maker; no wi-fi; Cost of Room is $37.63 per night. A list of restaurants located within 3 miles of base in room; All ranks club located nearby - bar with mixed drinks, wine, beer; large screen HD TV; pool table; darts game; snacks; frozen items MAINE Camp Keys Camp Keys is the ME National Guard Headquarters, and houses the Bldg 17 240th Regiment, Regional Training Institute (RTI). Rates range from $26.00 to $35.00. Each JFHQ/FCTC/FCEC/default.asp floor has a breakroom with Microwave and Fridge and washer-dryers. No Wi-Fi (working on it) No dining facility. Map with directions on the web site MISSISSIPPI Camp McCain Located in central MS about 10 miles south of Grenada, MS. The base 3152 James H Biddy Rd is 6 miles east of Exit 199, I-55. Used as a Logistics and Training base Grenada, MS 38901 for the MS National Guard. Nothing fancy, I have stayed there several Phone: 662-294-0069 times - private room (single bed) with shared bath (toilet & shower). Lounge & food on premises. Gulfport/Biloxi Airport ANG Facility Located at the Gulfport/Biloxi International Airpot. This facility is run 4715 Hewes Ave by the MS Air National Guard. Rooms are standard at $35.00 per Gulfport, MS 3950 night. Facility is located 4.2 miles from I-10. Exit 349 - take US 49S Phone: 228-214-6165 to Airport Rd, left to Washington St, right to Main Gate. I have stayed there several times and found it to be comfortable and affordable lodging Double bed w/bath; fridge; microwave; coffee; clock; washer/dryer; no Wi-fi; check for vacancy 48 hrs in advance MISSOURI Missouri National Guard Headquarters In Jefferson City, this facility is the home of the Missouri National Guard 2302 Militia Dr Headquarters. Located 38 miles south of I-70, take either Exit 128 Jefferson City, MO 65101 (US 54) or Exit 148 (US 63) south to Jefferson City (about 30 miles) Phone: 573-638-9826 follow US 63/50 east to Militia Dr (7 milles), left to Facility (about 1 mile) Private & Semi Private Rooms, shared bath, $14.00 - $15.00 - TV; Fridge; Microwave; Washer/Dryer; Wi-Fi MONTANA Fort William Henry Harrison This facility is used by the MT National Guard as a Training Site. It is Montana ARNG Training Site approximately five miles west of Exit 192, I-15 on MT Hwy 12.

Richardson2 GENERAL REEMPLOYMENT PROTECTION STATUTE FOR ‘VETERANS’ Missouri’s Revised Statutes Section 40.490, extends the reemployment protections of the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA)3 to members of the Missouri National Guard who have been called to active duty in service of the State of Missouri: Members of the state military forces of this state who are ordered to active state duty by the governor shall, upon being relieved from such duty, be entitled to the same reemployment rights provided by Title 38 of the United States Code, the Revised Statutes of Missouri, and all amendments thereto. The attorney general shall enforce the reemployment rights contained in this section for members of the state military forces who are ordered to active state duty by the governor. [Emphasis supplied]. PUBLIC EMPLOYEES Missouri’s Revised Statutes Section 105.270 authorizes public employees who are also members of the Missouri National Guard to take a paid leave of absence for up to 120 hours in the event that they are called to state active duty. Purpose This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) prescribes the procedures and guidelines for cooperation and support between the Department of the Interior (DOI) and the Missouri National Guard. Article II. Authority This support Agreement is entered into by the National Guard, pursuant to authority contained in National Guard Regulation 500-1 and Air National Guard Regulation 55-04. The Department of the Interior enters into this Agreement under 43 U.S.C. Section 1733, Authorizing the Secretary of the Interior to enforce...federal laws and regulations...relating to the public lands or resources. Article III. Definitions The term Department of the Interior (DOI) encompasses all subordinate bureaus, services, and offices to include the Bureau of Land Management, National Park Service, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Fish and Wildlife Service, Bureau of Reclamation, Bureau of Mines, Office of Surface Mining, United States Geological Survey, Minerals Management Service, and the Office of the Secretary. The term bureau includes any major component of the Department of the Interior such as National Park Service, Fish and Wildlife Service, Bureau of Land Management, United States Geological Survey, Bureau of Indian Affairs, etc. The term Missouri National Guard includes the Missouri Army National Guard and the Missouri Air National Guard. Article IV. Program The Department of the Interior has the authority for drug law enforcement activities on the Public Lands under the Secretary's initiative on drugs. The National Guard has the authority to support these actions under National Guard Regulations. The Department of the Interior manages 506 million acres, approximately 69% of the Federal lands in the United States, and it is within the context of this responsibility that drug law enforcement operations are conducted with other governmental agencies to effect economies, maximize efficiency, and promote the goal of drug-free public lands.
