7 casual 7 T-shirts/tops (no tank tops) 7 T-shirts 7 pairs of pants 5 pairs of pants 1 winter / 1 winter coat/jacket 10 pairs of 10 pairs of socks 1 pair of casual shoes 1 pair of casual shoes 2 pair of lace free tennis shoes 2 pair of lace free tennis shoes 3 sets of / 1 set of pajamas 10 pairs of underwear 10 pairs of underwear 5 (must be wireless) 1 pair of swimming trunks 1 piece swim with cover-up 5 summer 5 summer shorts (mid thigh or longer) 1 outfit 1 dressy outfit 1 (rain are optional) 1 raincoat (rain boots are optional) All personal hygiene items MUST be travel size only Please NOTE -Swim cannot be revealing in the front nor back (i.e. should NOT expose cleavage, should have a complete back side to the suit-not straps or strings across the back and swim trunks cannot have strings in the Parents of children in our PHP program will be reminded that the code is still enforced in regards to appropriate length attire as well as no strings (in clothing and shoes).

Residential and PHP Client • Shorts/ should stop no shorter than 2inches above the knee • No sleeveless shirts or tank tops • Shorts must be worn under skirts ( can only be worn if approved by clinical team) • No clothing with inappropriate signage that promotes alcohol, skulls/death/blood, marijuana, drug use or aggression • No inappropriately tight clothing • No shirts that expose the midsection of the body • No see-through clothing • No shoes with a heel or wedge • No clothing with strings or ropes/ties • Shirts should not expose cleavage • No pants with holes anywhere above the knee • No /-anything that covers the head This list is not in place of the prohibited items list or the recommended clothing list in the client handbook. Instead, this list in more of a defined list that helps enforce the treatment-based culture here on our campus.
