Curacao plays in the Second Division of this competition in which 39 teams par- ticipated in three divisions. In Division 2, the 15 teams are divided into three groups of four and one group of three. After losing their first match against the Dominican Republic, the team also lost against Haiti (0-6) and Nicaragua (0-1) and as a result ended at the fourth place in their group.
