To His Honour A d mi r,1:,), The lilisweeetaisestkveremor in Council: The undersigned has the honour to report: THAT since December 31, 1970 certain sums of money appear on the books of the Consumer Taxation Branch, Department of Finance, up to and including December 31, 1971, as money due and payable to the Crown under the Social Services Tax Act, as shown on the Schedules A, B, C and D herewith attached: THAT it has been shown by satisfactory evidence to the undersigned that these monies are uncollectable as appears by his certificate herewith attached: AND TO RECOMMEND THAT, pursuant to Section 25 of the Revenue Act as enacted by Chapter 341 of the Statutes of British Columbia 1960, the Certificate of the Minister of Finance be approved and the monies be considered bad debts and, as such, written off the books of the Province.
