Saturday March 7, 2015 Washington County Fair Park Dinner Auction Catalog Final Version For more information see www.cabriniauction.com Final Catalog - 2015 RULES AND PROCEDURES Valet parking will be available. Please check in at the welcoming table. Try to arrive early, so that you have ample time to mingle, purchase raffle tickets, and to browse through all of the wonderful Silent Auction items. Check out the online catalog early, so you can determine what you will bid on, collaborate with friends if you are bidding on larger items such as parties or special events, and check dates if you are bidding on items with date restrictions. Silent Auction: Silent Auction bidding will begin at 4:30PM. Each item has a separate bid sheet that will include a stated minimum bid and a minimum raise. Establish your bid by writing your name and your bid number. Be sure to place your bid on the correct corresponding bid sheet. Bid sheets must remain on the tables at all times! The Silent Auction will begin to close at 6:30PM. You will be notified in four-minute intervals before each Silent Auction section closes. Verbal Auction: The Verbal Auction will begin after dinner. All items will be sold to the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer. Establish your bid by raising your bid number until it is recognized by the auctioneer. Be sure to get a close look at all of the verbal auction items on display, so that you are thoroughly prepared to place your bids. All questions of priority shall be decided by the auctioneer. St. Frances Cabrini and its Auction Committee warrant neither the quality nor the value of items auctioned. All items are sold in 'as is' condition. Dollar values are estimates often provided by the donor and are not warranted by the Auction Committee for tax purposes or market value. Payment: Payment: Successful bidders shall pay the Auction Cashier in full for items purchased. Preferred method of payment is cash or checks made payable to "St. Frances Cabrini School." These methods save St. Frances Cabrini School the percentage service charge on charge card usage. VISA or MasterCard are also accepted. Items may be removed only after the guest obtains a paid receipt from the cashier. Items inadvertently left behind will be available at the school office on the Monday after the Auction. All sales are final. No returns or refunds. Items purchased need to be paid for and picked up the night of the event. 1 Final Catalog - 2015 CONTENTS Rules and Procedures ................................................................................. 1 Underwriters and Supporters ..................................................................... 3 Past Chairs ................................................................................................... 7 Evening’s Schedule ...................................................................................... 8 Menu ........................................................................................................... 9 Raffles........................................................................................................ 10 Silent Auction ............................................................................................ 14 Section 100 – Gift Baskets ............................................................ 14 Section 200 – Family Fun .............................................................. 18 Section 300 – Fashion and Jewelry ............................................... 26 Section 400 – Health and Wellness .............................................. 31 Section 500 – Sports and Leisure .................................................. 33 Section 600 – House and Home .................................................... 43 Section 700 – Outdoor Living ........................................................ 57 Section 900 – Time with Teachers ................................................ 60 Section 1000 – Super Silent Auction ............................................. 64 Section 1100 – Mystery Boxes ...................................................... 68 Section 1200 – Grade Projects ...................................................... 69 Section 1900 – Sure Thing............................................................. 73 Section 3000 – Golf Outing ........................................................... 74 Live Auction ............................................................................................... 75 Volunteers ................................................................................................. 82 2 Final Catalog - 2015 THANK YOU TO OUR UNDERWRITERS AND SUPPORTERS STAR John and Stacy Hafeman, Time Investment Company Steiner Electric, Rick & Gayle Steiner and Rob & Chrissy Steiner Anonymous ORCHESTRA Joseph and Catherine Bennett Family Foundation Chad and Jeanne Karls Kieckhafer, Dietzler, Hauser, Hanson LLP Lochen Ford Roger and Michelle Lemler Prescott Family Foundation Anthony Weasler COMPANY Enchantment in the Park on behalf of Chris & Heidi Chlupp’s commitment to the project Katrina Hanson, Hanson & Co.
