Introduction

HighTide is looking for a Box Office Manager to be responsible for the running of the Box HighTide Theatre 24a St John Street, London EC1M 4AY Office for both HighTide Festivals. This a freelance position covering four weeks and is a full-time role. The Box Office Leading Partner: Lansons Major Funder: The Backstage Trust Manager must provide excellent customer service to all theatre patrons, all visiting companies and ticket selling partners, and ensure that all revenue generating opportunities Artistic Director are maximised. They must motivate and lead by example by maintaining the highest standard of presentation, demonstrating a positive attitude, dealing promptly and professionally with Executive Producer Francesca Clark all ticketing requests and providing excellent customer service to all patrons of both festivals. Person specifications:

• Experience of running a box office

• An interest in festivals and live events

• Excellent customer service skills • Ability to use initiative and work as part of a team

Desirable qualities:
