Although standby trains were regularly made available, they only rarely operated in public service via the curve. The last such train ran on 28 January 1995 – see BLN 756 item 11. From 24 March 1995: Line temporarily closed for reconstruction works. However, the former service of standby return football trains did not resume with the reopening to traffic of the and this curve from 23 March 1998.
