Major Administrative Responsibilities 1. NYU Breast Cancer Risk Assessment Program I am part of a Breast Cancer Risk Assessment Team at the NYU Clinical Cancer Center. We developed an algorithm for triaging women at high-risk for breast cancer. These women may have a strong family history or have been recently diagnosed with breast cancer. Our goal is to offer these women a tailored radiologic surveillance and clinical follow-up program and to foster interdisciplinary research efforts. We are in the process of offering a program at Bellevue Hospital and fostering our community outreach programs.

2. Breast MRI Program In 2007, I developed the Breast MRI program at the NYU Clinical Cancer Center. I helped to optimize breast MRI at 3.0 Tesla. In addition, I developed the Breast MRI Interventional Procedures Program. This breast imaging procedures include MR guided core biopsies and MRI localizations. Currently, the breast imaging section interprets approximately 1,200 breast MRI examinations and performs approximately 250 MRI guided procedures each year. In addition, I maintain the ACR accreditation for the Breast MRI and

4

MR interventional Program. Finally, I help to optimize our multi-parametric techniques for breast MRI at 3.0 T and 7.0T.

3. Fellowship Director for Breast Imaging I oversee 3 one-year non-ACGME accredited fellows. I supervise their fellowship at the NYU Cancer Institute, Bellevue Hospital and Gouveneur Health Services. In addition I developed the curriculum for the breast imaging fellowship. This curriculum is more advanced than the curriculum I developed for residents who are rotating through the breast imaging department. In addition, I oversee the fellows from other sections in the radiology department, department and oncology department who are rotating through our service.

Present 1. Yiming Gao, MD Asst Professor 2015 - Asst Prof Radiology I mentored Dr. Gao since she arrived at NYU and became an assistant professor in breast imaging. To develop her mentorship skills, she functions in an advisory role as the mentor for Opeyemi Ibidapo. Dr. Gao is a co-author in 6 abstracts; 1 as the first author and 3 as the second author. She is a co-author in 2 original manuscripts and 2 review articles that are under review.

2. Samantha Heller, MD, PhD Volunteer researcher 2010 - Asst Prof Radiology I mentored Dr. Heller when she was a resident in diagnostic radiology and as a fellow in women’s imaging at NYU. I advised her to pursue an academic career. She was an attending radiologist, in the Department of Radiology, St. George’s Healthcare NHS Trust, London, United Kingdom and a volunteer researcher at NYU. We continued our research collaboration while she was abroad. In 2015, she returned to NYU as a faculty member. Under my mentorship, she is a co-author in 38 abstracts, 12 as the first author. Also, she is a co-author in 11 original manuscripts, reviews or book chapter, 8 as the first co-author.

3. Amy Melsaether, MD Resident, Asst Professor 2007 - Asst Prof Radiology I have mentored Dr. Melsaether when she was a resident in diagnostic radiology and as an assistant professor in breast imaging at NYU. I guided her decisions to pursue a breast imaging fellowship and to return to NYU as an attending physician. Under my mentorship, she updated the curriculum for radiology residents who rotate through the breast imaging section. Also we worked to develop a case conference and journal club for the residents. She is the primary faculty mentor for 3 residents and mentors other residents in advisory function. Under my supervision, she has led my section’s research in PET/MRI of the breast and is a member of several departmental committees, including the educational committee since 2010. I am also guiding her submission for a departmental seed grant. She is a co-author in 37 abstracts, 7 as the first author. She is a co-author in 10 original manuscripts and reviews.

4. Chloe Chhor, MD Asst Professor 2011 - Asst Prof Radiology I have mentored Dr. Chhor since she arrived at NYU and became an assistant professor in breast imaging. She assisted me with the mentoring of a fellow in breast imaging. To further develop her mentorship skills, she functioned in an advisory role as the mentor for Adrienne Newburg. Dr. Newburg pursued a six-month dedicated research elective during her last year of residency. Dr. Chhor has recently assumed the role of resident education for breast imaging. She is a co-author in 6 abstracts; 1 as the first author and 3 as the second author. She is a co-author in 2 original manuscripts that are in progress. Clinical Guidelines and Reports

2010 Massachusetts General Hospital Department of Radiology 2010 Treatment algorithms for the management of acute contrast reactions. I developed evidence based management algorithms and kits containing the necessary supplies to treat a reaction, in conjunction with the contrast and emergency management committee. 2013 Massachusetts General Hospital Department of Radiology 2013 Revised treatment algorithms for the management of acute contrast reactions. I revised evidence based management algorithms that were approved for use and distribution throughout the Department. 2014 Massachusetts General Hospital Department of Radiology Clinical Decision Support algorithm for the management of hepatic lesions incidentally detected on breast MRI. I mentored a resident during the development of the algorithm.
