Understand your customer’s needs • Mostly voice and text - Flash Yellow network would be a good fit in most metropolitan areas. For suburban / rural areas, check to see if they live in a strong Flash Yellow service area. • Average to heavy data user - Check to see if they live in a strong Flash Yellow service area. See page 5. If not, guide them to Flash Green or Flash Purple network to ensure they get the best customer experience. Remember, a good customer experience is the key to keeping a long-term customer! 3 Step 2. Recommend Flash Yellow in strong areas • Review Flash Yellow’s strong service areas. Focus your Flash Yellow customer acquisition efforts on these areas to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. See page 5. o This is a top 24 list, the network is strong in other areas too. o Verify your customer’s service area at www.sprint.com/coverage. • A strong service area means that the customer will experience optimal voice, text and data performance. • Customers who don’t live in a strong service area may experience slower data speeds, lower quality / dropped calls, etc. This is simply due to network signal strength. • Help your customers have a great experience with Flash by guiding them to the network with the best coverage in their area. Simply have the customer download the app on their existing phone by searching for “Flash Wireless” in their app store: 13 Buying a New Device: Setting It Up • Once the customer receives their new device, they can simply download the free Flash Wireless app on the new phone to restore all their content! • Note: Both the old and new device, with the Flash Wireless app open, need to be connected to the same WiFi network or Mobile Hotspot for the content transfer to take place. • Plus, the app includes Device Guides so customers can learn all the features of their new phone.
