Jurna Turismitalu – Jurna Recreation Farm
Built one hundred years ago as farm and fully restored by 2010 as touristic farm, Jurna Recreation Farm is situated 5 km from center of Kuressaare, the capital of Estonian island Saaremaa.
This farm is an excellent stopover while discovering the beautiful island of Saaremaa and attending events taking place in Kuressaare. The large gardens are surrounded by old stone walls and the main house and surrounding farm buildings are beautifully thatched. It is an idyllic setting, peaceful and quiet.
Jurna Recreation Farm is a proud recipient of The Estonian tourism boards highest accolade, the Three Cornflower commendation.
Jurna Recreation Farm accommodates 18-28 people. · Room for seminars for 20 guests. · Catering indoors for 40 people and outdoors for 70 guests. Jurna Recreation Farm can offer catering for picnics for up to 100 people.

Jurna Recreation Farm offers hunting trips on Saaremaa island
Jurna Recreation Farm has been working with the local hunting authority for nearly 13 years now and we have catered for hunters from countries such as Italy, Austria, Finland, Norway, Germany and others. The main game people come to hunt in Saaremaa is wild boar. The season for this particular animal lasts from 1st of June to 28th of February. However the best hunting time is from September to February. Also very popular is bird hunting (duck & goose). The season for this is from 20th of August to 30th of November. We have very good hunting conditions at reeded coastal grounds only 30-45 minutes by car from the accommodation. Inland goose shooting in the morning and in the evening. Shooting in the coastal areas 24 hours a day. Bagged birds belong to the shooter.

Each hunter must come with his or her own gun and ammunition.
