Six members of the 2019 varsity team were selected to participate and train with Navy’s King’s Cup team that represented the United States Armed Forces at the 2019 Royal Henley Regatta: Drew Bennett, Riki Gagnon, John Schoenewolf, Ben Skinner, Pat Urrutia and Chandler Washburn. Gagnon and Washburn raced with the top boat in the international King’s Cup competition and walked away with the trophy as the top crew consisting solely of military athletes in the world.
