On Sunday 19th October, the annual Service of Rededication And The Transfer of Colour for the Order of St. John in Surrey and the Caterham Unit of St. John Ambulance took place in St. John’s Church in Caterham Valley. This year’s service was especially poignant, marking the 100th Anniversary of the Great War, where over 1,000 volunteers from St. John lost their lives.
