EXHIBITOR MANUAL

official transport and logistics partner Naturejobs Career Expo | 19th September 2013

OVERVIEW

This manual will provide you with important information on the services offered by the Naturejobs Career Expo (NJCE), the Business Design Centre (BDC) and its official suppliers, as well as contact details of the suppliers. Each supplier has been appointed by the NJCE organisers and the BDC, in order to secure the build-up and break-down planning procedures.

This year the Business Design Centre (BDC) is pioneering it’s new Exhibitor Booking System “BDC Exhibitor Shop”, where exhibitors can complete all relevant paperwork for their stand. The online system allows all exhibitors to log in and complete their name panel form, health and safety information and also buy any items for their stand including lighting, electricity, shell scheme extras and wired internet. ALL exhibitors must log in and complete the process even if they do not want to buy any items for their stand as this will allow a quick and easy process of filling out the mandatory forms.

Please make sure that your staff members and contractors/suppliers receive the entire manual, not just parts of it to ensure the best planning possible and avoid any possible problems.

The manual can also be downloaded from the NJCE website.
