Lo primero que quiero explicar es que yo soy muy poco partidario de la aplicación de los distanciamientos como medida punitiva, ya que dentro de la tabla de sanciones creo que debe ser la absoluta excepción. ¿Y porque este caso sí? Entre otras cosas, porque es una medida objetiva. Los fustazos se pueden contar, no hay que apreciaciones de si molesta lo sufi ciente, poco o demasiado.
