Rob Idink states that the first year as HP Inc. has been a special one in which we have been building on a new company. He speaks of ‘The Year of Reinvention’, because for him reinvention is the umbrella theme. He recognises this on every level, from a corporate and team level to an indi- vidual one. ‘Following the separation, many people received a different or new role, and reinvention starts with yourself’, he says. Rob talks about 2016 – and 2017 – in five highlights.
