House of Venus in the Shell Rooftop Palestra- Excavations is also known for its incredible artwork such as Frescos which is a technique of mural painting executed upon freshly laid, or wet lime plaster, all over the walls. Landmark The House Of Guilia Felice is the House of Guilia Felice which was the residence of Julia Felix, who converted portions of it to apartments after a major earthquake in 62 AD.

As I began adding color the foundations began to reveal themselves.
After the critique I realized there was far too many colors and that I had to take out the outlines on a lot of my objects.

Gladiator Map Design Project
The goal of this project was to be able to engage in the process of planning and designing a map of an area of my choosing. Then I was to create it using the tools provided. Overall, I believe that my piece turned out to be quite a success. The simple shapes allow you to easily understand which building or structure is which allowing for an easy tour around this section of the South Eastern section of Pompeii.
Artist Bio: Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Matthew Hunter Dyson is a boy. He mostly resembles a tomato due to his highly discolored red face. Though he creates art sometimes his main choice of entertainment is mindlessly surfing through YouTube videos until he is thoroughly satisfied with the amount of ASMR and hydraulic press videos.
