Your group will have the opportunity to join the Reno Aces players on the field during pre-game ceremonies. Your team will run out onto the field as their names are announced over the field’s PA system. Ball Kids Your team will have the opportunity to spend the entire match on the sideline as the official ball kids of Greater Nevada Field. This experience is for 12 kids, ages 14 and older. Ticket requirement: 60

MAKE YOUR ACES GROUP OUTING A SUCCESS BY FOLLOWING THESE SIMPLE STEPS (Steps may vary slightly for each group.) Select a game date and seating area • Take a look and choose the game(s) you are most interested in. Contact Us • Work with an Aces Account Executive to put a party area or seats on hold for your group outing on the date you choose. Consider your food/beverage needs • If hosting an event in a luxury suite or party area, you will be contacted by Professional Sports Catering. • If your group would like to pre-pay for concession stand needs, you can pre-pay for Victory Vouchers. • Victory Vouchers are good for the choice of a barbecue pork sandwich or hot dog, chips, and a regular-sized fountain soda, all for $7. Promote your group outing • Determine deadline for members of your group to respond to the Aces group event. • Be sure the deadline will allow you to meet your two-week payment deadline to the Aces. • Send e-mail with ordering instructions to all potential group members. • Share your outing information on social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) • Distribute flyers/order forms to potential members of your group. • Post group outing info on your website. Begin taking orders from participants in your group outing • Determine how final payment will be sent to the Aces (check or credit card). COMMUNICATE FINAL GROUP TICKET NEEDS AND SEND PAYMENT TO THE ACES Two Weeks Prior to Game Date • Report final ticket number and determine amount needed for Victory Vouchers, if desired. • Call your Aces Account Executive with credit card payment or mail your group invoice with payment. • Payment for Victory Vouchers will need to be included with final group outing payments. Prepare for Game day • Receive and distribute Aces tickets to group members or communicate distribution plan to group participants. • Make sure you’ve been in contact with Professional Sports Catering on your menu for luxury suites or party areas.
