- authorisation would be requested to hold a Conference in Cyprus in February/March 2004 on the development of a Mediterranean transport network. A letter would be sent to the Commission concerning financial support;
- an exchange of views was held on the recommendation contained in the resolution of 23.9.2003 to create a temporary committee on the "Prestige".
