Situation and Description The land is situated within the heart of the picturesque countryside but with good access being less than a mile from the A381 Totnes to trunk road. The land is approximately 8 miles from Totnes and 5 miles from Kingsbridge.

Water The land benefits from a mains water supply to a point on the southern side of OS 6839/8357 which is metered but not recently used and the supply is presently turned off at the stop cock. The standing charge from South West Water for this supply has been paid and maintained by the vendors.

Electricity There is no electricity with the land

Basic Payment Scheme The land has been registered for the Rural Payments Agency’s Basic Payment Scheme for the 2015 year. The Purchaser will be obliged to adhere to any appropriate cross compliance regulations relating to the land for the 2015 scheme year.
