Mandatory Site Meeting is scheduled for 1030 am on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at St. Mary Catholic School located at 4 Hawthorne Avenue, Carleton Place, Ontario. Bid Submissions will only be accepted from Contractors who have attended the Mandatory Site Meeting.

We hereby submit our quotation for the furnishing of all labour and material to complete the AODA Ramp and Kitchen Renovations at St. Mary Catholic School located at 4 Hawthorne Avenue, Carleton Place, Ontario, K7C 3A9.

Having examined the Contract Documents for the above noted project, as prepared by the Board and Morris Engineering Ltd., and complying with all the conditions of the RFQ Documents, we hereby quote our Stipulated Sum Price for the Base Bid of:

If bid submissions are sent by Courier, the “Courier Envelopes” must be clearly identified with the tender number and name.
