Call 211 for referrals to Community Resources such as Counseling Centers, Domestic Violence Shelters and other social services to assist in a crisis. Some resources are offered at no charge. Some support groups are peer run and others are facilitated by an organization. Some counseling services are based on a sliding fee scale and others are full fee.
