t's amazing that a war hasn't been fought over honey.

Yes, honey – the sweet, viscous food substance produced by bees and some related insects, with bees producing honey from the sugary secretions of plants; or other insects through re- gurgitation, enzymatic activity, and water evap- oration.

Sounds complicated. But is it really? Honey is one of those historic foodstuffs, like olives and grapes and pomegranates. That isn't just because it is an amazing perfect feat of nature, like the coconut, banana or avocado. RN: My favorite Disney character growing up was and still is Ariel from The Little Mermaid. I love her red hair!

RC: How did you become part of Disney on Ice's Mickey's Search Party? RN: I have been touring with Disney on Ice for six years. When I heard about the opportunity to be a part of a new and exciting show, I didn't hesitate!

RC: What do you like the most about this show? RN: There is a lot about this show I'm excited for. The first thing that comes to my mind is the music. All the songs we know and love have such a fun, upbeat spin to them. You will sing along, but you'll also want to get up and dance! Also, this show wel- comes guests into the magical world of Disney on Ice, with surprising character interactions. In fact, characters emerge from the stands and interact with the audience. RC: Tell us about your career so far with Disney on Ice and why you decided to become part of these Disney shows on ice. RN: I had been skating for a long time and didn't want to compete anymore. My coach suggested I audition for a show, and Disney on Ice was the first that came to my mind. This is my seventh tour with the company, and it's always a blast. I've been to places I never even considered on my list of places to go! It's been such a fun experience being able to perform in so many different locations. I have learned a lot about myself as I've grown up on tour.

RC: What does it take to become a successful Dis- ney on Ice performer? RN: For competitive skaters, they know a little about discipline. To become a Disney on Ice performer, the first thing you do is send in a video of your skating skills, or an in-person audition in some cases. To be successful, I suggest showing good quality skating skills. They want to see you project out to the audience and just show that you love to skate! RC: What is the most challenging part of your job as a performer for Disney on Ice? RN: All jobs have their ups and downs. Back in the '80s androgyny was all the rage in the music scene. Boys looked like girls (Boy George), girls pretend- ed to be boys (Annie Lennox) and being bi was the norm. It was glorious! However, like every trend, those glory days eventually came to an end and we got pushed back into the closet. Bisexual artists suddenly turned straight and being out meant the end of your music career; at least as far as the mainstream was concerned.

They say trends have a way of coming back around, so I'm beyond excited to see that after way too many decades in that soundproof closet, this particular trend is finally coming back; only this time no one is pretending. LGBTQ artists are emerging onto the music landscape again, and right now no one blooms more beautifully than Troye Sivan. Although Sivan has been singing and acting since he was 12, he rose to fame when he was 17 as a You- Tube vlogger. His video collaboration with fel- low vlogger called "The Boyfriend Tag" was so popular it turned Sivan into a viral sensation and landed him a Teen Choice Award. Soon after, he released a string of EPs and a music video trilogy chronicling his journey of love and self-realization as a young gay man. While the rest of the world embraced his bold honesty and vulnerability, the U.S. had yet to know who this gifted singer-songwriter was, until now.

Bloom is the long-anticipated follow-up to Siv- Compared to his previous work, Bloom is both a little more dancey and a little bit deeper. an's epic 2015 debut album Blue Neighbour- The set opens up with "Seventeen" a story Sivan says is about a hook-up he had with an hood.
