An investment of ten million euros in the region by the end of 2021

President Aleksandar Vucic announced today that by the end of 2021, more than 10 million euros will be invested in the Valjevo region, and that he will visit Valjevo in the next two months to talk to citizens. “In Valjevo I will be talking to people soon, not to hold rallies and lectures. And, we will invest much more than five million euros, because the sewerage construction alone will cost three million”, Vucic told reporters at Divcibare. He said that by the end of 2021, more than 10 million euros will be invested in the move of – Divcibare and Divcibare – Valjevo, into the complete infrastructure, which will be specified in the investment plan. He added that the goal is for domestic tourists to spend more money in their country, and that they will try to introduce exclusive vouchers, that is, vouchers are not only for accommodation with two or three, but also for one with four or five stars, as would help people who want to invest in luxury tourism. He also said that the high-speed Lajkovac-Valjevo road would be operated and that the machines would be out in the field soon. Vucic added that has the largest subsidies for the purchase of tractors, as it donates 50 percent of the necessary funds to farmers, and said that the state always wants to protect the fallow trees and the domestic economy. Answering questions from journalists, how can the state still help farmers, he said that there is certainly no such subsidy anywhere in the world as in our country when it comes to tractors. “We will always have money for this (agriculture)”, the president said, adding that thousands of machines have been subsidized so far. He noted that the market regulates the prices of agricultural products and that when the price of milk or meat is appropriate to the citizens then it does not correspond to the farmers and vice versa. Vucic said that, however, prices do not jump more than two percent a year.
