With the start of a new era DFA relaunched on 18th April 2018, introducing industry partners and colleagues to some of the way forward, updates on what we have been initiating, new partners on board, and also including the name change to Dance for All .

As part of the way forward DFA will be introducing our students to as many dance forms as possible, and so we were fortunate to start Irish dance classes with the year, taking off with a lovely workshop presented by the Cape Celtic Dance Academy with lots of enthusiasm for the students to learn, explore and grow in something new.

Africa Day was celebrated on 25th May in Paarl, hosted by DCAS (Department of Cultural Affairs and Sports) at Klapmuts Primary which included performances from the students at Klapmuts & Simondium Primary.

With the start of a new era DFA relaunched on 18th April 2018, introducing industry partners and colleagues to some of the way forward, updates on what we have been initiating, new partners on board, and also including the name change to Dance for All South Africa.

As part of the way forward DFA will be introducing our students to as many dance forms as possible, and so we were fortunate to start Irish dance classes with the year, taking off with a lovely workshop presented by the Cape Celtic Dance Academy with lots of enthusiasm for the students to learn, explore and grow in something new.

Africa Day was celebrated on 25th May in Paarl, hosted by DCAS (Department of Cultural Affairs and Sports) at Klapmuts Primary which included performances from the students at Klapmuts & Simondium Primary.

As part of our celebrations of Mandela Day and in honouring the legacy of Tata Madiba, members of the public joined in dancing with our students for 67 minutes in the form of a flash mob creating a fun and energetic vibe with and for the public, also adding an opportunity for
