JUDSON ~JACK) GREEN is Chairman ofWalt Disney Attractions, the theme park and resort segment of The Company. Walt Disney Attractions includes the Resort, Resort, Tokyo Disney Resort and , as well as , Disney Regional Entertainment and . The Disney Theme Parks are the most successful theme park destinations in the world, featuring a wide array ofthemed accommodations (over 25,000 rooms), convention facilities, dining, shopping, entertainment and recreation in addition to its theme parks. Amusement Business magazine annually tracks the attendance of the world's top 50 theme parks, and Disney's seven parks continue to top the list.

In 1991, after serving as ofThe Walt Disney Company, Judson was tapped by and Frank Wells to put Disney theme parks and resorts on an accelerated growth track that has produced several consecutive years of record financial performance and numerous awards of distinction.

In addition to leading this very successful business, Judson serves on the boards of several national environmental and wildlife conservation organizations, and is active in numerous community efforts. In 1996, he received the National Distinguished Eagle Scout Award from the Boy Scouts of America. An accomplished jazz pianist, Judson has accompanied many entertainment personalities throughout his career. He teaches leadership at the , combining jazz and his thoughts on leadership, creativity and innovation.

Judson holds a degree in economics from DePauw (Class of'74), and an M.B.A. from University ofChicago Graduate School of Business (1976). Judson is an active supporter of DePauw, currently serving as a member of the Board of Trustees and an advisory board member for the McDermond Center.

Judson and his wife, Joyce Taglauer Green (Class of'75), have twins, Jamie and Julie, who are 22.
