Wellington Phoenix FC Hyundai A-League 2019/20 Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Wellington Phoenix FC reserves the right to change all or any of the package details, Member benefits, venues, scheduling and seating allocation. 2. All prices included on the website are inclusive of GST. Prices exclude any credit card and processing fees. 3. A Membership does not entitle Members entry into Finals Series fixtures, however where possible they will have priority booking rights for these fixtures. 4. Membership does not give Members any right to participate or vote in any meeting of the Club. 5. Members must present their Season Ticket Membership card at the gate in order to gain entry to the venue. Club, Northern and Australian Members will need to present their ezyticket. 6. Nix Six Members must present their voucher/s at the Ticketek Box Office at Westpac Stadium on matchdays in order to redeem a valid ticket/s. 7. Junior Memberships apply to persons aged 15 years and under as at 1 July 2019. 8. Concession Membership rates apply to super annuitants and Veterans. Proof of eligibility for Concession must be available for display upon entry to the venue. 9. Family Memberships apply to two adults (above the age of 16) and two children (under the age of 16), or one adult and three children. 10. University Student Memberships apply to university students who hold a valid student ID. Proof of eligibility for university students must be available for display upon entry to the venue. 11. High School Student Memberships apply to high school students aged 16 and over who hold a valid student ID. Proof of eligibility for high school students must be available for display upon entry to the venue. 12. All Wellington Phoenix home fixtures are subject to cancellation or rescheduling to another venue or date. 13. The personal information that the Club collects about Members is used for the purpose of processing their Membership and providing Members with football related information from the Club and FFA. Unless you elect otherwise, you agree to the disclosure of personal information about your Membership to the Club's sponsors, FFA and FFA's sponsors and that you may be contacted by such persons during the life of the Membership with special offers and promotional information about their services and products. 14. All Members must take responsibility for ensuring their personal details are up to date. This can be done through their Phoenix Member account (via the Membership portal), contacting Ticketek at [email protected], or emailing [email protected]. Wellington Phoenix does not take responsibility for Members cards and packs being sent to the incorrect mailing address if a Member’s personal details are not up-to date. 15. Members wishing to sit within the active supporters group bay must purchase a Yellow Fever Membership located in Aisles 20-22. 16. Junior Nix Members are entitled to complimentary access to all Wellington Phoenix home games, but are not eligible for any other Membership benefits. 17. The following Members are entitled to a parking discount at Westpac Stadium: a. Foundation Members b. Adult, Concession and Family Season Ticket holders 18. Wellington Phoenix reserves the right to immediately suspend or cancel a Membership at any time, if in the opinion of the Club, a Member engages in any unbecoming conduct which is prejudicial, or likely to be prejudicial, to the interests or reputation of the Club, FFA or any of their sponsors. If your Membership is cancelled due to misconduct, you will not be entitled to a refund on any part of your Membership. 19. Lost, stolen or damaged Membership cards will incur a $10 administration fee. Lost cards will be cancelled and a replacement will be issued. The processing of a replacement card may take up to 3 weeks. 20. Members who wish to pay off their Membership with Debit Success must adhere to the Terms and Conditions set out by Debit Success in their payment plan. 21. All Members must comply with Westpac Stadium’s rules and regulations, including the Terms and Conditions of entry, available at www.westpacstadium.co.nz 22. All Members must comply with FFA’s Terms of Admission and Spectator Code of Behaviour, available at www.ffa.com.au
