There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, as well as loads of attractions to see whilst you are here.

You will find a list of my favourite restaurants on in here, plus details about our property in this manual.

If you’re here for The Cotswold Water Park then you have come to the right place. It is a short 5 minute walk just around the corner.

House Rules We have a few rules which I’d like to let you know about. I know rules are boring, but we’d really appreciate if you could have a quick read. 1. Before you arrive please provide names and addresses of all guests staying (include aged for those under 18) – The opening up of the economy following the COVID-19 outbreak is being supported by NHS Test and Trace and we therefore are required to keep these details for 21days. Make sure the number of guests matches that on Airbnb otherwise you will not be covered by the Airbnb insurance. 2. Please contact me immediately if you or any of your guests display any Covid related symptoms either during or up to 14 days after your stay 3. If you use any dishes during your stay, we would be grateful if you would clean them. This would be of great help. 4. Lights & Heating We would really appreciate if you could turn off all lights and heating when you leave the apartment each day, and on check out. 5. Check Out is 10am - Our cleaner will arrive shortly after 10am to clean the property. We can’t stop her, she is a cleaning machine. 6. On departure please: • leave windows open on the latch (unless it is very windy/rainy) and confirm with me that they have done so • place sheets, pillowcases, towels in the bags provided • Please empty all bins and place tied bags in external waste bins. 7. Park Rules – please read and obey all Park rules and Hot Tub Rules – included at the back of this pack. 8. Lost property – given the current risk with COVID any lost property will be disposed of immediately – therefore please double check you have taken all of your personal items.

Check In Check in is from 3pm – please note due to enhanced cleaning procedures there maybe odd times when this may be slightly later. There is a keysafe outside the accommodation by the door – we will provide the code before check in. If you have booked passes these will be left inside ready for you Check out Check out is 10am please follow the steps above in the house rules and leave the keys in the key safe Parking There is one designated parking space directly outside the unit in front of the post with the accommodation number on it. If you have extra cars with you these can be parked free of charge in the main car park. I f you are on Mallard Lake there are some general car parking spaces nearby as well Internet Free Wifi is included in your stay. You just need to search for the Hoburne WIFI and follow instructions on your browser Details on how to connect are inside the unit by the TV Kitchen We have basic cooking utensils and equipment that you are free to use, but we would greatly appreciate if you could clean up prior to checking out. Amenities There is an iron and ironing board (sometimes the board is under a single bed) A couple of toilet rolls have been provided.

Groceries There is a small grocery store on site next door to the main building – note this is not open all year round . The local village – South Cerney has 2 grocery stores as well as Fish and Chips and an Indian Take away In addition Cirencester has a very large Tesco store as well as Lidl and Aldi. Markets - Cirencester holds a market every Monday 10am-4pm and Friday 9am-3pm

The Minor Injuries Unit is open from 8am - 11pm, seven days a week.

The unit is staffed by specialist nurses known as Emergency Nurse Practitioners with support from medical staff and GPs as required. Address: Cirencester Hospital, Tetbury Road, Cirencester, GL7 1UY

Transport While here you will find plenty of transport options. Below are the best ways to get around our city:

Trains The nearest train station is Kemble or Swindon – both stations reach London and placed like Bath and Cheltenham. See www.gwr.co.uk for more information.

COVID 19 Information

What to do if you or a guest displays symptoms whilst staying in the accommodation

If a guest is displaying signs of the COVID-19 virus while staying in overnight accommodation for a permitted reason, they should inform the accommodation provider, immediately self-isolate where they are to minimise any risk of transmission, and request a test. If they are confirmed to have COVID-19, they should return home if they reasonably can. They should use private transport but only drive themselves if they can do so safely. If a guest cannot reasonably return home (for example because they are not well enough to travel or do not have the means to arrange transport), their circumstances should be discussed with an appropriate health care professional and, if necessary, the local authority. Guests should follow government guidance on dealing with possible or confirmed coronavirus (COVID-19) infection. Once the guest (and if appropriate their family) has finished the required self-isolation period and is no longer symptomatic, they should return to their main residence and continue to follow the government guidance on self-isolation, household isolation and social distancing.

What guests can do:

• enjoy their caravan/lodge and the area of their pitch and public footpaths/ cycle routes through and around the park • walk freely on the park, at all times observing social distance from other park users and the park team • bring soap, hand gel, gloves, toilet roll, disinfectant, hand sanitiser – just to be on the safe side • bring their own supplies of food and drink may reduce reliance and congestion in local shops • talk to any of our park team but always observe social distance – ‘we are looking forward to seeing you!’ • place orders for food and drink from the park to be collected or delivered observing social distance

Please do not:

• meet or gather with friends in a social group • invite or entertain visitors • allow children to roam unsupervised around the park so that they do not, albeit inadvertently, break the social distance rule.
