(s) Glacier Gulch Road commencing at its intersection with Kathlyn Lake Road; thence westerly along Glacier Gulch Road to its intersection with Davidson Road; thence northerly and easterly along Davidson Road to the most easterly point thereof.

6. Schedule 5 (No Shooting Areas) is amended by repealing section 28(9) and substituting the following:

(9) Omineca Mining Road Extension: That portion of the Province of British Columbia in Management Units 6-18 and 7-39 within 1 km of the centreline on either side of the following described road: Commencing at the point of intersection of the centreline of Omineca Mining Road Extension and the midline of Hoosevale Creek; thence in a general northerly direction along the centreline of the Omineca Mining Road Extension to Cheni Gold Camp located at approximately 127 14'00" west longitude and 57 21'20" north latitude.

9. Schedule 5 (No Shooting Areas) is amended by repealing section 37 and substituting the following:

Red Rock Seed Orchard

37. That portion of the Province of British Columbia, in the vicinity of the City of Prince George, which is contained within the following described boundaries: All lands and waters within Lots 1607, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025, Cariboo Land District. 10. Schedule 5 (No Shooting Areas) is amended by adding the following sections:

Babine River

106. That portion of the Province of British Columbia in H.U. 6-08 which is contained within the following described boundaries: Commencing at the point of intersection of the midline of Babine River and the natural boundary of Kilkitkwa Lake on the northerly shore thereof; thence in a general northerly direction along the midline of Babine River to the point of intersection with the midline of Kilkitkwa River and including all intervening territory for 1 km on either side of the midline of the said portion of Babine River.

Smithers Community Forest

107. That portion of the Province of British Columbia in H.U. 6-9 which is contained within the following described boundaries: Commencing at the S.W. Cor. D.L. 5426 thence North for 680 metres; thence west for 2280 metres; thence north for 140 metres; thence west for 2320 metres; thence south for 1880 metres; thence east for 340 metres; thence south for 240 metres; thence west for 340 metres; thence south for approximately 1060 metres converging with left bank of Pine Creek; thence following the left bank of Pine Creek in a south/southeast direction for approximately 3600 metres; thence east for approximately 700 metres converging with west edge of old logging road; thence 100 metres west; thence following 100 metres north of the west and south edge of old logging road (Pine Creek Road) for approximately 2000 metres; thence N 60 E for 660 metres; thence N 6' W for 580 metres; thence S 80 E for 600 metres; thence S 20• E for 120 metres; thence east for approximately 630 metres to a point 100 metres west of the logging road; thence following 100 metres northwest of southeast edge of old logging road for approximately 3000 metres to southern boundary of lot 2518; thence west for 440 metres; thence north for 2880 metres; thence west for 400 metres; thence north for 400 metres; thence west for 1600 metres to point of commencement.

Peterson Point

108. That portion of the Province of British Columbia within H.U. 7-13 which is contained within the following described boundaries: Commencing at a point on the natural boundary of Fraser Lake on the northerly shore thereof within L 5191 at approximately 124 43'00" west longitude and 54' 06'05" north latitude; thence in a general southerly, westerly and northerly direction along the natural boundary of Fraser Lake on the northerly shore thereof to the point of intersection with the westerly boundary of L 3846; thence northerly along the westerly boundary of L 3846 to the point of intersection with the midline of the first adjacent unnamed road leading easterly from Stellako to Fort Fraser; thence in a general easterly direction along the midline of the said unnamed road to a point due north of the point of commencement; thence due south to the point of commencement.

11 Schedule 7 (No Hunting Areas) is amended by adding the following sections:

Creston Valley Wildlife Management Area

35. Those portions of the Province of British Columbia in H.U. 4-7 which are contained within the following described boundaries: (1) Commencing at the point of intersection of the westerly boundary of L 9269, Kootenay Land District and the midline of Summit Creek; thence northerly and easterly along the westerly and northerly boundaries of L 9269 to the northeast corner thereof; thence northerly approximately 0.65 km (0.4 mi) along the easterly boundary of L 8782 and a prolongation thereof to a point at approximately 49° 09'01" north latitude; thence S 47 ° 30' E approximately 1 km; thence more or less south in a straight line to the adjacent bend in dyke •1 of Leach Lake and continuing southerly along a prolongation of that line to the point of intersection with the midline of Summit Creek; thence S 50° W approximately 610 m (2000 ft) to the point of intersection with the easterly boundary of Highway 3 right of way; thence in a general northerly direction along the easterly boundary of Highway 3 right of way to the point of intersection with the westerly boundary of L 9269; thence northerly along the westerly boundary of L 9269 to the point of commencement; (2) Commencing at the point of intersection of the southerly boundary of Highway 3 right of way and the easterly boundary of Old Kootenay River Channel; thence in a general southerly direction along the easterly boundary of Old Kootenay River Channel to a point due east of the southerly boundary of dyke #3; thence due west to the point of intersection with the southerly boundary of dyke *3; thence in a general westerly and northerly direction along the southerly boundary of dyke #3 and a prolongation thereof to the point of intersection with the easterly boundary of West Creston Road right of way; thence in a general northerly direction along the easterly boundary of West Creston Road right of way to the point of intersection with the southerly boundary of Highway 3 right of way; thence in a general southeasterly direction along the southerly boundary of Highway 3 right of way to the point of commencement. Kakwa Recreation Area

36. That portion of the Province of British Columbia in H.U. 7-19 which is contained within the following described boundaries: Commencing at Mile Post 25 on the British Columbia/Alberta boundary north of Intersection Mountain; thence due south along the British Columbia/Alberta boundary to the point of intersection with the southerly boundary of the watershed of Sheep Creek; thence in a general westerly and northerly direction along the southerly and westerly boundaries of the watershed of Sheep Creek and Cecilia Creek and Kakwa River to Mount Hanigton; thence in a general northerly and easterly direction along the northerly boundary of the watershed of Kakwa River to Mount Hinnes; thence easterly to the point of commencement.

Silver Star Recreation Area

37. That portion of H.U.'s 8-22, 8-25 and 8-26 in the vicinity of Vernon being the Silver Star Recreation Area, except for the following areas: (1) all areas south of a line parallel to and 500 m south of the main access road of Goldstream Creek; (2) that area within the following described boundaries: Commencing at the junction of the Ganzeveldt snowmobile trail and the northerly boundary of Silver Star Recreation Area and proceeding east along said boundary to its easternmost point; thence proceeding south to the height of land which divides the Putnam Creek watershed from the Vance Creek watershed; thence proceeding westerly along said height of land to an elevation of 1740 m and continuing westerly at this level of elevation to a point due south of Ganzeveldt snowmobile trail; thence proceeding due north to the Ganzeveldt snowmobile trail and following it in a northerly direction to an elevation of 1740 m; thence proceeding easterly, then northerly, then westerly at this elevation to the Ganzeveldt snowmobile trail; thence proceeding northerly along said trail to an elevation of 1740 m; thence proceeding easterly, then northerly, then westerly at this elevation to the Ganzeveldt snowmobile trail; thence proceeding northerly along said trail to the point of commencement.

12. Schedule 9 (Prohibited Discharge Areas - Single Projectiles) is amended by adding the following section:

Canal Flats

20. That portion of M.U. 4-25 contained within the following described boundaries: Commencing at the intersection of the northerly boundary of SL72 with the easterly shore of Columbia Lake; thence easterly along the northerly boundary of SL72 to the 3500 foot contour; thence southerly following said contour to the southwest corner of Mount Sabine; thence southwesterly following the southwest corner of Mount Sabine to the 2900 foot contour; thence southerly following the 2900 foot contour to the abandoned Kootenay River Forest Access Road; thence southerly and easterly following the easterly and northerly side of the abandoned Kootenay River Forest Access Road to its intersection with the Crestbrook Off-Highway Haul Road; thence due south to the north bank of the Kootenay River; thence westerly following the north bank of the Kootenay River to Highway 93/95; thence northerly and westerly along the easterly and northerly side of Highway 93/95 to Burns Avenue; thence easterly along the south side of Burns Avenue to a point due south of the easterly edge of the Canal Flats Airfield Runway; thence northerly to the easterly edge of the Canal Flats Airfield Runway; thence northerly following the easterly edge of the Canal Flats Airfield Runway to the north end of said runway; thence due north to the south shore of Columbia Lake; thence easterly and northerly following the southerly and easterly shore of Columbia Lake to the point of commencement.
