We deliver projects, run a Network to connect organisations and community groups, disseminate resources and inform over 55s about what’s on across the West of . We have achieved this through working MONICA TRUST ST in partnership with a host of local community members and different local organisations, sharing the vision to help older people live more fulfilled lives.
