HUNDREDS of members from 10 Lions Clubs in Penang came together for a night of fun and merriment during their joint installation ceremony held at the Bayview Hotel recently. Themed “Fun and Fellowship”, the event gave the members the opportunity to interact among Lions from other regions, hence forging a closer relationship to carry out service projects on a combined basis, or also termed “joint project”. The participating clubs were Lions Club of Georgetown Pearl of the Orient, Lions Club of Georgetown City, Lions Club of Tanjung Indah, Lions Club of Georgetown Island, Lions Club of Georgetown Perdana, Lions Club of Penang Metropolitan, Lions Club of Penang Island New Century, Lions Club of Bayan Baru, Lions Club of Penang Hillview and Lioness Penang.
