Medical Health Camp at Mowiseri A Medical Camp was organized by Abhilashi Ayurvedic College & Hospital at Village Mowiseri lead by team of Doctors viz. Dr. Rahul Shandiyal, Dr. Abhinav, Dr. Bhappil, Dr. Manu, Dr. Shruti along with Para-medical staff on 18/01/2018. A total of 86 patients were examined and trated with diseases such as मधमेहु , आमवात, संधगतवात, नासा व ने रोग, वक रोग, वास, कास, वर इयाद । Patients were advised and guided to visit Abhilashi Ayurvedic Hospital for treatment facilities available for Diabetes mellitus, Rheumatoid arthritis, Osteoartheritis, ENT Diseases, Skin Diseases, Cough, Fever etc. Abhilashi Group awarded for Best Red Ribbon Club in District Mandi Himachal Pradesh. The team K u m a r , S e c r e t a r y o f Visited and guided people about the importance of Abhilashi Group, received the award from the Chief Hygiene & Health Minister at the function organized at Gayatri Theater. Abhilashi Group's Red Ribbon Club was rewarded with this award for contributing in the health awareness campaigns. 2 NEWS LETTER AAU JANUARY, 2018 Masters Athletic Tournament Health Awareness Camp 85 medals in Mandi's wallet, promising of the A team of Doctors and Nurses (Dr. Baldev Singh, Dy. district showed the skills of athletics competition. M.S., Dr. Chestha Thakur, AMO, Mrs. Suman, GNM, Players of Mandi District have maintained their Ms. Sheetal GNM)visit Chachyot village on dominance by winning 85 models in the state level 29/01/2018 and guided people about the Masters Athletics Championship. Mandi won 47 importance of hygiene & health and free checkup for Gold, 25 Silver, 15 Bronze Medals in various events villagers. in the two-day Masters Athletics Competition organized by the Masters Athletics Association Board at the grounds of Kansa District Mandi H.P. At the closing ceremony of this competition, MLA Balh, Sh. Inder Singh Gandhi was the chief guest of this athletics competition on 27th - 28 th /01/2018. Awarded to provide quality education In order to provide quality education with better facilities for the youth, Mandi honored the two elderly families of the Abhilashi family, who gave their magnicent contribution to the abhilashi group of the district Mandi, to honor the Women Power – 2018 at District Kangra on 30/01/2018. FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME The two days Faculty Development Program was inaugurated in Abhilashi University on 29th -30 th /01/2018. It was organized by the School of Management Abhilashi University, on the theme "Quality Education in Management Studies", which was inaugurated by Professor Amar Singh Gularia, Vice Chancellor of the University. Sen. Sec. School Bhangrotu in Abhilashi University. Under the vocational education of Government School Bhangarotu, 68 students of health care SWACHH BHARAT MISSION subjects visited the eld on Tuesday 30/01/2018 at Abhilashi University. On 3rd February 2018, a meeting was organized for the successful conduct of Special Sanitation Campaign run by Sub-Divisional Ofcer (Citizen) Gohar, District Mandi (H.P.) under the Clean India Mission of the Chailchowk at Abhilashi University. Abhishek Soni Nodal Ofcer Swachh Bharat Mission said that in the meeting, my Himachal will complete clean Himachal subject (theme) by students of Abhilashi University's Clean India Mission. It has been decided in the meeting that on February 5, students and students of the university will take oath of cleanliness. After this, a lecture will also be organized. Under the same program, organizing painting competition, cleaning of natural water sources, cleaning of tanks, cleaning of roads and cleanliness of work areas and adjoining areas will be done under the same programs. To make people aware about cleanliness, the University's Student Nook plays will be presented at the village level. Under the Swachh Bharat Mission, a short v i d e o m o v i e competition will be organized for the students of the university. State AIDS Control Society, Shimla Hemeant Kapoor, Chetna Jagta, Renu Jaswal, Dr. has visited the campus of Abhilashi University on Tarun Thakur, Dr. OP Sharma were present. dated 02/02/2018. The team of ICTC along with the Red Ribbon Club of the University created awareness among the staff and students of the University by giving free HIV test and counseling. A sum of 38 volunteers was beneted with the free test.     Annual Progress Report 2016-18 1 About the University Banda University of Agriculture and Technology, Banda was established on 2nd March, 2010 under Uttar Pradesh Agriculture University Act (revised), 1958 Gazette-Adhiniyam, 2010 for the development of the agriculture and allied sectors in Uttar Pradesh in general and Bundelkhand region of the state in particular. The University has jurisdiction over Banda, Chitrakoot, Mahoba, Hamirpur, Jhansi, Lalitpur, and Jalaun districts. University is committed to serve the Bundelkhand region with trinity concept, i.e., complete integration of teaching, research and extension for the development of agriculture and allied sectors in order to ensure food security and enhance socio-economic status of inhabitants. Eleven Colleges dealing with Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Home Science, Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry, Agriculture Engineering & Technology, Agribusiness Management, Dairy Technology, Basic Sciences & Humanities, Food Science and Fisheries have been proposed in the master plan of the University. Among these, College of Agriculture, College of Horticulture and College of Forestry are in operation. Two undergraduate degree programmes of four year duration namely B.Sc. In this crucial period, it was at once an obligation and opportunity for the Indian Council of Agricultural Research to be of service to the nation by contributing its scientific and technological input for the preparation of eco-region specific contingency plans. Some valuable lessons were also learnt in this context. For one thing the drought brought home to us very emphatically the need for efficient water use and its in-situ or ex-situ conservation. It also highlighted the criticality of research on optimizing the mileage obtainable from every unit of water and thus produce more from less water.

    RAWE Agricultural Education is an important tool in ensuring increased agricultural productivity, sustainability, environmental and ecological security, profitability, job security & equity. In India, Randhawa Committee (1992) recommended the Rural Agriculture Work Experience (RAWE) programme for imparting quality, practical and production oriented education for agriculture degree programme. The World Bank (1975) stated that there was little emphasis on curricula on preparing the agricultural graduates for better career in agriculture or agribusiness outside govt. jobs. Therefore, the agenda for the 21st century in agricultural education should be drawn on the basis of the challenges it has to meet in the near future. Introduction About College of Agriculture, Indore: Indore being an educational and a commercial hub enjoys the enviable status in the heart of the country Madhya Pradesh. Its history depicts a rich and prosperous agricultural production. The year 1924 will always be known as a land mark for, the Institute of Plant Industry came into existence, to enhance the agriculture production and research opportunities. Scientists like Dr. Howard of international repute rendered their services in the institute. The hard work and dedication of the scientists of the institute impressed many eminent people including the father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi, who visited the institute to see the Indore Method of Composting already acknowledged by the world all over. With the passage of time, in the year 1959 a major change took over, the establishment of the Government College of Agriculture with the merger of institute of plant industry which has contributed significantly in the field of teaching, research and extension. With the establishment of Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya in the year 1964 at Jabalpur the College of Agriculture, Indore became its offshoot. Since then it has earned a place of distinction, thanks, to the numerous innovative research activities and teaching learning processes. In the year 2008 with the existence of Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya, Gwalior the College of Agriculture, Indore became an integral part of this new university. Organizational setup - The College was established With the establishment of Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya in the year 1964 at Jabalpur the College of Agriculture, Indore became its offshoot.
