Ajase-Ipo

Ajasse-Ipo is an ancient town in -Yoruba land of Kwara State. It is one of the prominent towns in Irepodun Local Government Area of Kwara State. Ajase has a good road network linking up major town such as , Offa, Omu-Aran, and IVTEC respectively. Ajase-ipo as the host community experiences the culture of the people at the numerous festivals celebrated in Ajasse-Ipo such as; , Ita Oba and Ajasse-Ipo day. The Odo Osin, Central Ifa temple, and the Oba’s Palace are some of the points of interest in the town. The interesting mystery of Oba Igba, a man kept in a calabash is a tale that distinguishes Ajase-ipo.
