Here, you will have a chance to contribute to ECCO’s new shoe collections in the process from design to production.

Job Profile You will join our Global Sourcing Organization (GSO), which is part of our Supply Chain Organization. You will be located within R&D in Bredebro, , along with 3 other GSO representatives. You will also gain an additional 12 GSO colleagues, which are spread across , Singapore, and . Our GSO has recently been formed. Therefore, you will gain a highly autonomous role with ample opportunity to provide input on how our processes and your tasks could be structured going forward. Your role will be to assist the Sourcing Operations Manager and Global Material Category Manager in the pre-production phases, supporting various operations in the shoe development phase. Specifically, you: Are responsible for placing purchase orders for soles, textiles, leathers and new materials and following up on deliveries Update information in Excel and our PLM system Write specifications for new materials in accordance with the lab and Product Development Handle planning of clean-out twice a year – this includes setting targets and preparing, following up on and arranging the physical clean-out with stock Contribute with optimization and improvement ideas within the GSO

Qualifications and Work experience You will be coordinating and receiving a lot of feedback from Design and Production – stakeholders with different expectations, goals and timelines. They will come to know you as a patient, mitigating and open-minded colleague as well as a key player in making sure the materials you develop and handle are able to go into production. You are willing to help out and take on administrative tasks, and you have an eye for the little details – especially when filling out data and handing over information. Moreover, we imagine that you: Have a degree or diploma within a relevant field, e.g. business, commerce management or supply chain Ideally, have a couple of years of experience from an international company Ideally, have experience using purchasing/procurement software such as SAP Ariba or Aras Innovator PLM Suite – otherwise, we will teach you Speak and write English fluently – Danish is a plus
