Mobile (dual threat) - were substituted against Hamburg in Week 4: Zerbe played the 2nd and the 3rd drive in the 3rd quarter vs. Hamburg. Stitt scored 8 TDs in the first two games - only two in the other three games. Berlin used Seantavius Jones as “QB” (2 completed passes, 20-yd ) in the Wildcat (the goes directly to a player and not the real QB) formation to surprise Wroclaw in Week 5.

Scored an 83-yd TD against Wroclaw - the longest reception among the top-10 (receiving yards) receivers in the league. Berlin used him in Wildcat formation as rusher and passer in Week 5.

#1 RB Joc Crawford – Season: 6 games, 702 net yards rushing (2nd in the league), 5 Touchdowns. Week 7: 15 carries for 115 net rushing yards (7.7 yards per rush). Height: 1,93 m, Weight: 95kg. Played in the US. Big RB, size and speed. Week 6: 201 net rushing yards, 8.7 average per rush, 23 carries (one big play for 55 yards) - 3 receptions for 16 yards and one completed pass for 12 yards as passer in Wildcat Formation.

#15 DB Moritz Thiele - Week 7: 8 solo tackles (11 total tackles) - Jag Bal told us before the game against Leipzig that he can step up and surprise everyone. “He is hungry for success”.

Additional player stats: #11 WR/QB Bryan Zerbe - Played the first half against Leipzig but was then replaced as QB. Had an impressive catch for 26 yards. The performances of QB Stitt varies from game to game - Zerbe is always an option as QB for HC Jag Bal. In the weeks before his start against the Dragons (Week 6) he played a few drives and two pretty similar handoff fumbles took place on those drives. He started in Week 6 and played the full game: 127 passing yards, 2 TDs, 3 INTs - he carried 14 times the ball as rushing QB for 18 net rushing yards (1.3 average yards). He is the favorite target of QB Jadrian Clark - In Week 4-6 he had the (tied-) most receptions in the offense.

#10 QB Jadrian Clark: 10 touchdowns in 7 games, 8 INTs, 1040 passing yards, 59,3% completion rate. Height: 1,90m, Weight: 95 kg. Played DIV I Football at Weber State. Week 8: 139 yards, 1 INT, 68,2% completion rate. Week 7: 169 passing yards, 1 TD, 3 INTs, 53% completion rate - was sacked 6 times. Week 6: 165 passing yards + 80 yards rushing / 1 passing touchdown + 1 rushing touchdown.

#4 K/P Philipp Friis Andersen - Week 8: 3/3 FGs, 4 out of 5 kickoffs have been touchbacks. Week 7: 5/5 FGs, 1/1 PAT, MVP candidate - 7 kickoffs, 61.9 average (3 touchbacks). Spent a short time with the (2019 preseason). 20 of 21 successful field goals (He now has again 10 in a row - had his first miss against the Panthers). Founded his own gin-label “Amager Gin” with two friends in 2020. Beside his kicking ability - he is a really good Punter who is often responsible for the good field positions from Hamburg´s perspective.

#24 RB Xavier Jerome Johnson - He had to recover throughout the last weeks but Hamburg needed him despite his (injured) status. Now he is back and should be completely fit again. Week 8: 15 carries for 37 net rushing yards - 3 catches for 28 yards.

Additional player stats: #26 DB Justin Rogers: Week 8: 5 solo tackles (8 total tackles) / 3 TFL. He had 9 returns (3 / 6 kickoff) for 170 yards (average 18,88).
