Capitol Park Zajecar is located in the heart of Zajecar, which is the main city of the region.

Eastern (Timok region) is located in the eastern part of Serbia, in the north it borders while in the East it borders . POSITION OF Timok region extends between the Danube and TIMOK REGION two corridors: Corridor 10th (Serbia) and Corridor IN SERBIA 4th (Bulgaria) Eastern Serbia comprises the city of Zajecar and the municipalities: Knjazevac, , , Bor, Negotin, and . TIMOK REGION Eastern Serbia occupies 8,1% of the total area of Serbia. Five of these eight municipalities lie in the border area and the total length of the border with the EU in this area is more than 340 km.

Zajecar district has 120,000 residents (primary catchment area), while the entire region has in excess of 285,000 inhabitants (secondary catchment area).

Zajecar serves as an educational and economical hub for the region and such is the only logical choice for the retail park in eastern Serbia.
