All lots are sold ‘AS IS WHERE IS’. The Customer is recommended to carefully inspect the goods before purchase to ensure they are suitable for their purpose as no warranty is expressed or given. Any lot with ‘AF’ is sold as parts value only.

Sale of alcohol is restricted to persons aged 18 years and over. Identification may be required upon purchase.

PAYMENT & SETTLEMENT FOR ALL LOTS PURCHASED IS BEFORE COLLECTION OF THE ITEMS WITHOUT EXCEPTION. Payment for items by cash, overnight electronic bank transfer, EFTPOS, Visa & Mastercard. Please note a 3% surcharge will apply on all credit card transactions. All purchases exceeding $5000 are required to be settled by bank cheque or overnight electronic bank transfer.

Removal of all plant and equipment is the responsibility of the purchaser. Health & Safety Regulations must be followed at all times. All lots purchased must be collected from the premises by 4.30 pm Thursday 9th of May & 8.00 am – 12.00 pm Friday 10th of May 2019.

Ownership and title to all lots purchased remains with the vendor until payment has been satisfied in full. No lots will be released to carriers without the correct documentation, i.e. photocopy/ original auction invoice or a cartage form provided by Mainland Auctions.
