This project consists of construction of the extension of Pennsy Trail in Warren Township between Shortridge Road and Post Road on the old Pennsylvania RR line. The 1.6 mile extension will include a 12’ wide multi-use asphalt trail, a culvert at Lick Creek, PA-27-002(C) CN Pennsy Trail Ph 3A - Shortridge Road to Post Road CN TAP FY 2020 lighting design for the existing tunnel under Interstate 465 and pedestrian flashers at the Shortridge Road, Franklin Road and Yes $1,500,000 to $3,000,000 Fenton Avenue intersections. The project will be constructed with federal Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) funding. The project is phased with PA-28-001 (Phase 3B) which is just east of the this project.
