Jalapeno Popper Cheesy Recipe Card

Ingredients

1. 1 loaf of Italian bread 2. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 3. 1 to 1,5 teaspoon 4. 4oz. cream cheese, softened 5. 1/2 cup sour cream 6. 1/2 cup pickled jalapeno slices, divided 7. 1/4 teaspoon salt 8. 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 9. 1 and 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat the to 400 degrees F. 2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. 3. Cut the bread lengthwise and place both parts face up on the sheet. 4. Brush both pieces with melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic powder. 5. Cover with a piece of aluminum foil and place in the oven. 6. Bake for 5 minutes. 7. In the meantime, divide the jalapenos. Save the pretty slices to place on top of the bread (About 1/4 cup). Chop the rest. 8. In a medium mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, chopped jalapenos, salt and pepper. 9. Remove the bread from the oven. Uncover. 10. Spread the jalapeno dip mixture on the bread, dividing equally between the two pieces of bread. 11. Top with cheese. 12. Arrange the reserved jalapeno slices over the cheese. 13. Place bread back in the oven for 2 to 4 more minutes, to melt the cheese. (see note) 14. Remove from the oven and place on a cutting board. Let cool for few minutes. 15. Slice and serve.

Bacon Cheeseburger Dip Recipe

 1/2 pound ground beef  8 bacon strips (cut into chunks)  1/2 diced  1 clove garlic - chopped  4 ounces cream cheese (softened)  1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce  2 tablespoons ketchup  1/2 cup sour cream  1/4 cup mayonnaise  1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded  1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded  Bread/chips for dipping

Instructions

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F 2. Cook ground beef then drain 3. Cook bacon until crispy (drain but keep 1 1/2 tablespoons grease in pan) 4. Saute onion and garlic in grease 5. In a large bowl mix the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese, worcestershire and ketchup Add beef, bacon, and garlic to mixture above and stir until combined. 6. Pour into baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes 7. Enjoy!

 12 whole Large Baby Portobello Mushrooms  4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened  2 ounces, weight Blue Cheese, Crumbled  Salt And Pepper  6 dashes Hot Sauce  6 slices Bacon  Long Toothpicks

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to medium heat. Grease the grill lightly. 2. Clean tops of mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove stems. 3. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, blue cheese, salt, pepper and hot sauce together. 4. Divide cheese mixture evenly into mushroom cavities. 5. Cut each slice of bacon in half. Wrap around each mushroom and place a toothpick into the mushroom where the bacon ends overlap. (Make sure the toothpick is sticking out the side and is not in the top or bottom.) 6. Grill mushrooms 5–7 minutes per side or until bacon has grill marks, is slightly crispy, and the filling has melted.
