free fishing weekend whereas many Saskatchewan citizens of all ages and from all walks of life enjoy fishing in Saskatchewan’s 94,000 lakes, ponds, streams and rivers; and whereas the quality of fishing attracts anglers from far beyond our borders; and whereas programs are available to conserve and enhance fishing opportunities throughout Saskatchewan; and whereas angling contributes to the economic well-being and the quality of life in Saskatchewan; and whereas the government wishes to ensure its citizens have an opportunity to learn about the traditional, recreational, social, cultural and economic benefits of angling. Now, Therefore, I, , Minister of Environment, do hereby issue a complimentary angling licence to every person present in Saskatchewan on July 9 and 10, 2011 as Free Fishing Weekend in the Province of Saskatchewan, where all may fish without charge. The Municipalities Act [sections 53, 56, 57, 59, 61, 62, 63 and 66] ______

ALTERATION OF BOUNDARIES — tHE oRGANIZED hAMLET OF Crystal bay-sunset Under the authority conferred upon the Minister of Municipal Affairs by section 61 of The Municipalities Act, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: Plan 102059388 within the north-west quarter of Section 2, Township 53, Range 20, West of the Third Meridian be added to the Organized Hamlet of Crystal Bay-Sunset. Therefore, the area of the Organized Hamlet of Crystal Bay-Sunset shall consist of the following land within Township 53, Range 20, West of the Third Meridian: (1) the north half of Section 3; (2) the road allowances to the west and to the east of the north half of Section 3; and (3) Plan No. 102059388 within the north-west quarter of Section 2. This restructuring shall take effect on and from the date of this Order. Dated at the City of Regina, in the Province of Saskatchewan, this 19th day of May 2011.

Alteration of boundaries — between the village of christopher Lake and the rural municipality of lakeland No. 521 1 Pursuant to sections 53, 56, 57, 59, and 61 of The Municipalities Act, the Council of the Village of Christopher Lake has submitted an application to alter its boundaries to the Minister of Municipal Affairs. 2 Upon consideration of the application, the Minister is of the opinion that the municipalities affected will be viable entities following the alteration of boundaries. Therefore, the undersigned hereby orders, pursuant to sections 61, 62, and 63 of The Municipalities Act, that: (a) the boundaries of the Village of Christopher Lake and the Rural Municipality of Lakeland No. 521 be altered by withdrawing from the rural municipality and adding to the village the territory described in Schedule A; (b) Schedule B is conclusively deemed to be the legal description of the boundary of the Village of Christopher Lake; and (c) the alteration shall take effect on and from the date of this Order. Unless otherwise specified, the sections and portions of sections described in the above schedules include the adjoining south and west road allowances, intersections thereof and widenings thereto by plan of survey. For description purposes, the land acquired by plan of survey for widening to an adjoining road allowance is deemed to be part of the road allowance. The said plans of survey are of record with Information Services Corporation of Saskatchewan. ______

the rural municipality of Lakeland no. 521 – Name changed to the district of lakeland no. 521 1 Pursuant to section 66 of The Municipalities Act, the Council of the Rural Municipality of Lakeland No. 521 has submitted a request to the Minister of Municipal Affairs to have its name changed from the ‘The Rural Municipality of Lakeland No. 521’ to the ‘The District of Lakeland No. 521’. 2 Pursuant to the authority conferred upon me by section 66 of The Municipalities Act, I hereby: (a) declare the rural municipality known as ‘The Rural Municipality of Lakeland No. 521’ to hereafter be assigned the name of ‘The District of Lakeland No. 521’; (b) confirm that the area assigned the name of ‘The District of Lakeland No. 521’ is a rural municipality and all legislation applicable to a rural municipality applies.
