Alteration of boundaries — BETWEEN THE RESORT VILLAGE OF NORTH GROVE AND THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF DUFFERIN NO. 190 1 Pursuant to sections 53, 56, 57, 59, and 61 of The Municipalities Act, the Council of the Resort Village of North Grove has submitted an application to alter its boundaries to the Minister of Government Relations. 2 Upon consideration of the application, the Minister is of the opinion that the municipalities affected will be viable entities following the alteration of boundaries.
