THIRTY-THIRD DAY Senate Chamber, Columbus, Ohio Tuesday, April 10, 2007, 11:00 o'clock a.m. The Senate met pursuant to adjournment. The journal of the last legislative day was read and approved.

INTRODUCTION AND FIRST CONSIDERATION OF BILLS The following bills were introduced and considered the first time: S. B. No. 140-Senator Padgett. Cosponsor: Senator Schaffer.

To amend section 4517.22 of the Revised Code to allow the sale of all-purpose vehicles at an outdoor show held annually on the campus of a techincal college that is not co-located with another institution of higher education notwithstanding the restrictions on motor vehicle shows.

S. B. No. 141-Senator Padgett. Cosponsors: Senators Schuring, Gardner.

To amend sections 3314.015 and 3314.021 and to enact section 3314.19 of the Revised Code; to amend Section 6 of Sub. H.B. 364 of the 124th General Assembly; and to amend Section 6 of Sub. H.B. 364 of the 124th General Assembly for the purpose of codifying it as section 3314.027 of the Revised Code to make changes in the law regarding the approval and monitoring by the Department of Education of community school sponsors.

OFFERING OF RESOLUTIONS Pursuant to Senate Rule No. 54, the following resolution was offered: S. R. No. 43-Senator Sawyer.

In memory of Hospitalman Lucas W.A. Emch.

The question being, "Shall the resolution listed under the President's prerogative be adopted?" So the resolution was adopted.

Barber, who resigned.
