{ 4 } CEREMONY INFORMATION

Our Gazebo weddings are at a cost of $750.00 and this is inclusive of the following: • 30 x Outdoor ceremony chairs. Extra $6 per chair above 30 if required. • Red Carpet (if you wish) • 1 x Signing Table with a White Cloth • Exclusive use of the Gazebo area for 1 hour (additional 30 min blocks are charged at $250) At Panorama House we are very busy with ceremonies and generally have back to back ceremonies. If you require additional time to decorate or if you would prefer extra time for photos, this must be booked in at the time of booking the ceremony (this is charged at an additional fee), it is up to the bride and groom to notify their celebrant and photographers of this. Any styling to the gazebo area needs to be removed straight after the ceremony has concluded (this must be within the time booked).

Wet Weather Back up In the event that the weather is unsuitable to have an outdoor ceremony, you may bring your ceremony inside the premises with the following conditions: 1 hour prior to your reception starting is Free of Charge 2 hours prior to your reception starting is $500 3 hours prior to your reception starting is $1000

NB – If you require the indoor back up for wet weather you must notify us within 6 weeks of leaving your initial deposit. Failure to do so may leave you without a back up alternative. Outdoor Ceremony costs must be added to all indoor ceremony costs.

HOW LONG DOES MY CEREMONY GO FOR. Ceremonies are booked for 1 hour at a cost of $750. If you require an extra half hour, this will incur an additional fee of $250. We at Panorama House do book back to back ceremonies so if you require any additional time in between for decorating/ packing up decorations, this must be organised at the time of booking your ceremony.

At Panorama House we are very busy with ceremonies and generally have back to back ceremonies. If you require additional time to decorate or if you would prefer extra time for photos, this must be booked in at the time of booking the ceremony (this is charged at an additional fee), it is up to the bride and groom to notify their celebrant and photographers of this. Any set up or decorations that are put up during this time need to be taken down straight after the ceremony has concluded.

WHAT DO MY GUESTS DO BETWEEN THE CEREMONY & THE START OF THE RECEPTION?

Panorama House’s Cocktail Bar is open all day for your guests to purchase drinks. If you are looking to provide your guests with food and beverages we have the following options available.

Food and drink options are available to purchase between the ceremony and reception. Please refer to Platter/Drinks Upgrade menu for full details.
