Movie, TV and Netflix comedians headline casino’s Comedy Nights in April & May

(Yonkers, NY) – Leap into spring with plenty of laughs at Empire City Casino’s upcoming Comedy Nights in April and May featuring hilarious headliners from the worlds of late-night television, movies and streaming. Tickets to the Comedy Nights shows are sold at the door the night of each performance. Wednesday, April 10 Rich Vos, a seasoned comedian with decades of experience and over 100 television appearances, including four specials, headlines Comedy Night on April 10. Vos produced and starred in the award-winning movie Women Aren’t Funny, alongside Bonnie McFarlane, Chris Rock and Rosie O’Donnell, and worked as a jokes writer for two Academy Awards shows. Vos is also a regular on Sirius XM radio and co-host of the hit podcast My Wife Hates Me.

Joining Vos is Brooklyn-based writer Ayo Edebiri, whose comedic humor pokes fun at everyday life in NYC. Emcee of the night, Brandon V. Jackson, is recognized for his features in a variety of Helium Comedy Club showcases including Dirty Dozen, Best of Philly Showcase and An Evening with Chip Chantry.

Wednesday, April 24 Coming to Empire City with a few “Trixx” up his sleeve is Frankie “Trixx” Agyemang, who always hits the stage with big laughs. As a regular on Much Music's Video On Trial and Stars Gone Wild, fans across the country have gotten to know and love Trixx, his hilarious and creative character personas and the hard truths on day-to-day life.

The featured comedian of the night is Philadelphia-native Dave Temple, who brings an unadulterated view on life with poignancy that is unparalleled and leaves every single audience in stitches. The MC of the night, Reggie Conquest, has performed on FuseTV’s Stand Up and Deliver and written for TruTV’s Impractical Jokers.

Wednesday, May 15 Chris Monty returns to Empire City on May 15 with his refreshing and unique take on current topics and storytelling reminiscent of the comics that would keep The Rat Pack in stitches for weeks. His latest high profile projects include his stand-up comedy special, What’s the Worst That Could Happen, and TV & movie projects such as Paul Bart: Mall Cop 2, Kevin Can Wait and Orange is the New Black.

Featured comedian, Mark Serritella, is a Los Angeles-based actor, stand-up comedian and writer. Serritella has appeared in more than 20 independent films, Internet videos, and national commercials, and has been featured on the Joe Rogan Podcast, Funny or Die and Byron Allen’s Entertainers. Menuhin Hart, the MC of the night, was a semi-finalist in NBC’s

Stand Up for Diversity and has performed at several comedy clubs including the Gotham Comedy Club and the New York Comedy Club.

Wednesday, May 29 Headliner Kevin Brennan, a stand-up comedian and writer, has performed numerous times on the late-night television circuit including appearances on , Late Show with David Letterman, and Last Call with Carson Daly. His writing credits include , Sports Show with Norm Macdonald and Comedy Central Presents.

Preceding Brennan will be featured comedian Tom Cassidy, whose style is best described as cutting, thoughtful and above all, honest.
