Olympic Day is Friday, May 26th. We will be looking for many parent volunteers.
We are also having Olympic Week for students in Grades 3-8. We will be disbanding classes for one week as the students travel from class to class with their teams completing specific tasks in each subject area. More information will follow when we come back from vacation.
Fundraising Balances are due by Friday, May 5. If you are unsure of your balance please contact Nancy. All monies need to be paid before final exams/final tests, graduation exercises etc.
If your child is in the play – please make sure that they are at both Dress Rehearsals when we return from vacation. If you would like to volunteer for the play please be sure to contact Mrs. Clark.

Re-Registration forms are past due. Please return these to the office as soon as possible as we need to plan for next year (ordering books, supplies and chrome books).
The Drawing for the Big 50 Raffle is Friday, April 28 in the afternoon. Please make sure all monies are returned for the tickets when we come back from vacation.

Nicky’s Kitchen is asking that all parents have their student notify one of the Nicky’s Kitchen associates if they missed lunch on a pre-paid day. We will take their name and ensure that lunch can be redeemed on another day. Some students may not be in school or did not take a lunch on a pre-paid day and notification did not get back to Nicky’s Kitchen.
Please select your lunch option for May and return the detached payment slip with payment by April 24th. All lunches should be calculated using $4 per lunch per day.
Please have your student bring the payment to Nicky’s Kitchen during their scheduled lunch.
