On 05/16/2021at 02:34 hours, Officer Adam Krystaponis (75508) responded to a Suspicious Activity at 440 N Holtzclaw Ave. An anonymous caller reported a Gold Toyota SUV with TN (which belongs to a grey KIA Sorento) in the parking lot of Chattanooga Imaging, and the driver had pointed a firearm at her. The complainant described the driver as a white male, and stated the firearm had a laser on it. The complainant did not remain in the area, and Dispatch was unable to reach her on call back several times. Officers were unable to locate any suspect matching the vehicle or driver description. With no further information available, no further police action taken.

On the above date and approximate time I was notified of a possible auto theft. However, the possible victim refused to cooperate and provide a location for police to make contact with her. Additionally, the caller only gave a first name Blanca. I then called into Baker dispatch in order to utilize a translator and call back the complainant so information could be obtained for a report. Dispatch called multiple times but the complainant refused to answer. At this time I am unable to complete an incident report due to the complainant not answering the phone and being accessable.

Upon arrival, Police spoke to the reporting party, Tekeyla Thorne, who stated between the hours of 02:00 and 08:00 this morning, someone stole her Enterprise Rental Car, (blue) 2021Nissan Altima, from the parking lot. Ms. Thorne stated she did not have the vehicle's information at this time but would call back when she could do so. Ms. Thorne stated the doors were left unlocked with the (push to start) keys and fob left on the dash. There is no suspect information at this time.

Police arrived on scene and made contact with the front desk at Ruby Falls for a purse that was turned in. The purse did not have anything identifying who it belonged too except for a credit card with the name Andrea Duncan. Purse was turned into property. Nothing further.

On 05/16/2021at 10:52 hours, Officer Joseph Brookshire (86045) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 100 W 21st St. Police arrived on scene and made contact with a Mrs. April Jackson who stated that her car was broken into during the night and that they had stolen six credit cards and $220 in cash. Police were able to look at camera footage and saw a medium built white male that was wearing a blue shirt, black hat, and red shorts checking door handles. This male then got inside Mrs. Jackson's car and took her items. Due to camera angles police were unable to see this male leave. Nothing further to report.

On 05/16/2021at 11:52 hours, Officer Silveira (66499) reported a memo at 1401Oak St. Upon arrival, Police spoke with the security guard from Walden Security, Ms. Mattheny, Mr. Presley, and Mr. Gearhart from EPB. On the scene, police learned that Mr. Presley and EPB share a portion of the same lot and that a few years ago, Mr. Presley was granted permission to enter the lo every time when he needed to. In order to avoid any misunderstanding, Mr. Presley was told to communicate with the Walden security guard first if he needs to enter the lot or to contact Mr. Gearhart from EPB. Mr. Hayes stated the Glock was loaded with 10 rounds and one was chambered. The firearm was entered into NCIC and NIC #G335290024 was generated.

She stated an unknown white male came into the store took items off the shelf and then refunded the items for currency. The suspect was given 87.29 in cash before fleeing the scene when LP attempted to detain him. The suspect can be seen ditching a wig and his jacket on camera as he fled the scene. No other suspect information is known at this time. Nothing further.

On 05/16/2021at 14:45 hours I, Officer King (78347), responded to a verbal disorder at 2911Curtis St. Upon arrival Officers located two parties having a very loud argument in the yard at the above mentioned address. The two parties later identified themselves as Ms. Jamyia Murphy and Ms. Acquanetta Reynolds. The two were arguing and Ms. Murphy called Police so that it did not turn into a physical altercation. I spoke to the homeowner, Mr. Vinson Waller and he stated that he wanted both Ms. Reynolds and Ms. Murphy to leave the property until they calm down and then they can come back. Both parties left the scene prior to the Police departure.

On 05/16/2021at 16:38 hours, Officer Sherrill (86063) responded to a Damaged Property Accidental at 7620 Lee Hwy. Dispatch received a call of a semi striking wires across a roadway. Upon arrival on the scene, I made contact with James Daniels. Mr. Daniels showed me the wires that were hanging over Lee Hwy. The wires appeared to be 10 ft off the ground. Mr. Daniels informed me he is concerned about possible damage to the top of his vehicle. I did not see any visible damage at this time, but I could not see the top of the truck from the ground. EPB responded to the scene and informed me the wires did not belong to them, but he fixed it temporarily and would have his dispatch inform the owner of the wires. Mr. Daniels informed me he wanted a property damage report done just in case he found damage to the vehicle.

I spoke to Alan Walker over the phone, who stated a red Chevy Camaro convertible pulled into the parking space next to him. Mr. Walker stated a female driver opened the door too wide and it struck his Ford Edge on the passenger rear door, causing a dent and some paint chipped. Mr. Walker stated he made contacted with the female driver and they asked what he wanted. Mr. Walker stated he needed to report it to his insurance company due to the vehicle being new. Mr. Walker stated a male passenger gave him a business card "Christopher Grabtree" and told him if he needed anything to give him a call. Mr. Walker provided the tag number of the Chevy, . Upon running the tag, it showed registered to a Christopher Grabtree, no further info at this time.

THOMAS (80763) reported a memo at 2200 Hamilton Place Blvd. Upon arrival to the above location, police met with complainant, Ms. Alvarado, who stated that she was involved in a road rage incident at the above location. Ms. Alvardo stated that she was traveling in the parking lot near TJ Maxx when she approached an intersection in the parking lot where a silver BMW SUV was stopped. Ms. Alvarado stated that the vehicle was stationary like it was not planning on moving, so Ms. Alvarado decided to continue on through the intersection. Ms. Alvarado stated that when she continued through the intersection, that the black male driver of the BMW became highly upset and began yelling and cursing at Ms. Alvarado. Ms. Alvarado stated that the male driver continued to circle the area before finally leaving. Ms. Alvarado wanted the situation documented in case any future issues were to arise. They both presented IDs identifying them as Patrick Redden and Lynelle Blackman. They stated they were just watching a TV show together (I did observe a computer in the backseat with an apparent video playing). I told them that the park was closed and that they could no longer be there, and they left the scene without incident. No further.

Police at this point had not observed Mr. Johnson break any laws and the caller was a passer by who didn't wish to see officers.

On 05/17/2021at 12:26 hours, Officer Joseph Brookshire (86045) wrote a continuation/supplement for a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 3105 Ozark Rd. Police received a call for a suspicious vehicle at this address. Upon further investigation police found a white Honda Accord (TN ) that was stolen earlier in the day. There was new damage to the drives side of the vehicle and the owners stated it would cost around $6,000 to fix. A bag was found in the vehicle with phone cords and cards inside of it. The bag was turned into property. Police notified the owners who came and picked the vehicle up. Vehicle was release to owners and removed from NCIC. Nothing further to report. NIC#V892935741

There were no injuries and the owners of the two vehicles called for their own tow trucks. The driver, Richard Clayton, of vehicle 1 (Pickup truck), stated he had just pulled onto the road and when he started driving, his windows condensated so he turned the defroster and the wipers on and he couldn't see the car in front of him. Mr. Clayton stated he rear ended the other vehicle. The driver, Manuel Cruz-Vazquez, of vehicle 2 (sedan), stated that the vehicle behind him rear ended him. Ms, Vazquez did not have a license or insurance, I cited him for both. Both vehicles were towed. Nothing further.

The victim said he last saw his vehicle around 11pm last night and it was left unlocked. The vehicle stayed there overnight and at 9 am this morning, he said his housekeeper noticed his car door was open. He then discovered that the inside of the vehicle had been rifled through but nothing was taken as far as he can tell. This report was taken by phone.

Upon arrival complainant stated while traveling (S) on Interstate75, (15 mm) a white minivan was tailgating and driving all over the road. Complainant stated the minivan was driven by an unknown black male and the activity continued as they exited Shallowford rd. Complainant stated the subject kept swerving in an attempt to run them off the road. Complainant also stated the individual was flipping them off and reaching across the seat, however they never saw any weapons. Complainant stated he exited at Shallowford and put some cars between he and the subject and then turned onto Lee Hwy and lost the subject whom he does not know. Nothing further and no tag information.

Upon arrival complainant stated she arrived at work this morning and observed an unknown and unoccupied vehicle parked within three feet of the store entrance. The facility had the vehicle towed and when the alleged owner arrived he became belligerent. The unknown subject told the clerk the vehicle had broken down. The clerk told the subject there was no note on the vehicle with any type of information as to why it was there and no contact info therefore it was towed. The disgruntled subject left the area prior to police arrival. Complainant requested the subject be trespassed if he returns.

On 05/17/2021at 14:30 hours, Officer Kelley (86049) responded to a suspicious vehicle at 3304 Char Mac Ln. Upon arrival, the complainant Starr Troxel told police that when she came home there was an RV parked in her driveway and that her neighbor told her that two people parked it there and left. The RV had a note on the side of it stating they would be back soon. About 5 mins later Jennifer Moon and Haylee Morelock arrived on scene and told police that the RV was dead. The two jumped the RV and left the scene. No further action was taken.

On 05/17/2021at 14:45 hours, Officer Sanchez (73514) responded to a Vandalism at 4401 14th Ave. Upon arrival, I spoke with the complainant, Rafael Arias ), who explained that two of the tires to his van (TN ) were flattened during the night. Rafael explained that he parks his car on the road and he found the tires were damaged this morning. When he made this discovery he contacted his neighbor, who had possible video footage. The neighbor stated that they were able to see movement around 0400hrs this morning, and believe that this is when the vandalism occurred. The extent of the video is unknown at this time as the neighbor was not home and will have to retrieve the footage at a later date. There is no further suspect information at this time. This report is related to another vandalism report of 21-050762.

While investigating, he observed Marterrius Daniel walking down the street. Mr. Daniel was wanted for questioning on the case he was on. Inv. Bulkley called for a district car and Ofc. Baker got on scene. Inv. Bulkley and Ofc. Baker detained Mr. Daniel. Ofc. Baker transported Mr. Daniel to the service center for questioning. I relieved Ofc Baker at the service center at 1700 hours. I then transported Mr. Daniel to 600 Sylvan Ave at 2130 hours. Nothing further at this time.

Once on scene police found a rock lying on the ground. Observing the front of the business police could see strike marks on the glass door where it was apparent someone was attempting to break it. Glass was not shattered but had divots in the glass where it was struck by a large rock. I spoke with Mr. Bryant and he told me that he and his daughter had gotten into a argument, and he believed that Jahkira's new "friend" had called in saying that he was hurting her. Mr. Bryant also called Jahkira's mother while I was on scene who told me that Jahkira is constantly calling in on both of her parents claiming that they are hurting her. Jahkira was unable to show me any evidence that she was harmed tonight. No further action was needed.

Police spoke with complainant Evie Thomas who alleged her husband's (Ceasar Thomas) ex-girlfriend Brenda Jones had made an apple music purchase that withdrew from an account that she should not have access too.

At this time Ms. Thomas did not have sufficient proof to substantiate that Ms. Jones had charged Mr. Thomas' account. Police provided guidance for obtaining evidence to substantiate their claim.

The charge amount is 48.69 dollars. The offense would have taken place in Cleveland TN.

On 05/19/2021at 03:58 hours, Officer Adam Krystaponis (75508) responded to a suspicious vehicle at 1330 E 3rd St. Speedway staff called in reporting a blue car had been parked at Pump 7 for several hours and the driver was asleep. Upon arrival, I woke and spoke with the driver, Mr. Steven J Hacker. Mr. Hacker stated he had gotten off work earlier, and was on his way home when he stopped at Speedway and must have fallen asleep. Mr. hacker provided valid ID. I found Mr. Hacker to have no active warrants, and did not appear to be in any medical emergency, but did not have a valid License. Mr. Hacker was able to call his stepdad, who arrived to transport Mr. Hacker home. Speedway staff stated they were fine with Mr. Hacker's vehicle remaining on their property, so with Mr. Hacker's permission we moved it into a space away from the pumps. No further.

Mr. Stewart stated between the hours of 15:30 the previous day and 07:00 this morning, someone stole a hedge trimmer from the backseat of a (City of Chattanooga) Public Works truck while parked in the City parking lot. Mr. Stewart stated there does not appear to be any signs of forced entry and he believes the doors were left unlocked. There is no suspect information at this time. Mr. Stewart stated he is currently observing CCTV footage and will call back when the footage is found. She says that last night about 2230 hours while walking down the side walk, the suspect came off of her porch and threw beer in her face. She says that she wants a report on record and will be reporting this activity to the housing authority as well.

Police found Mrs. Chyna McNair to be the driver of a Gold Ford Sedan that had been reported as stolen, at this time the vehicle was recovered under 21-049218, towed by Cains Wrecker. Ms. McNair stated that she had recovered the vehicle for her friend from another acquaintance. Ms McNair was transported to a friends residence at 900 Singal Mtn Rd.

On 05/17/2021at 15:50 hours, Officer Sanchez (73514) responded to a Vandalism at 3100 E 44th St. This event is related to another vandalism report 21-050762.

Upon arrival, I spoke with the complainant, Rafael Arias ( who explained that two of the tires to his van (TN tag ) were flattened during the night. Rafael explained that he parks his car on the road and he found the tires were damaged this morning. When he made this discovery he contacted his neighbor, who had possible video footage. The neighbor stated that they were able to see movement around 0400hrs this morning, and believe that this is when the vandalism occurred. The extent of the video is unknown at this time as the neighbor was not home and will have to retrieve the footage at a later date. It was also found that a party living across the street from Rafael, Gayla Kerr ), found that the windshield on her car had been shattered from a rock. Her vehicle is a Saturn (TN tag ) and it was parked near the road as well. It is unknown at this time if any other vehicles in the area were damaged.There is no further suspect information at this time. Nothing further at this time.

The victim said a Man (suspect) called his phone around 10 am this morning from Ph# and told him that he had won Publisher’s Clearing House and had won $5000 and a new car. He said the man then told him he would have to go to Dollar General and buy a card and put $190 on it and then pay them to get the prizes. He said he hung up during the conversation and then called the number back and told the Man he was going to call Police. He said the last name Reed showed up on his caller ID but doesn’t remember the first name. This report was taken by phone.

Billingsley (79518) responded to a disorder at 1807 S Orchard Knob Ave. Upon arrival, Police spoke with the complainant, Elida Santizo, who informed police a black male had walked in their backyard at the above address. Police got out with the individual and identified him as Darius Patterson. Mr. Patterson informed police he was following a friend who led him to said back yard and believes his friend got lost. Ms. Santizo informed police he was chasing the neighbors chicken and she is unsure what he was doing in the backyard. Ms. Santizo informed police they have had prior incidents involving theft from the rear of their property, however, are not sure if Mr. Patterson had done such. I did not observe any items on him that would lead me to believe he had just stolen items. Nothing further.

The ex girlfriend did not want a report to be made and did not give police her information. She told police that she was going to the store, but Mr. Davenport was allowed to grab his things and leave. Mr. Davenport grabbed his stuff and left without incident. No further action was taken.

Police came out to the vehicle and found that it had a popped ignition and a broken window. Upon running the tag, the vehicle did not come back stolen. Since the owner was unable to be contacted and the vehicle was not stolen. No further action was taken.

The complainant stated the whole incident appeared strange and he would notify officers if the subject arrived on the scene. On 05/19/2021at 15:10 hours, Officer Lockhart (66490) responded to a Vehicle Recovered Stolen Outside of Chattanooga at 5326 Lynnland Ter. Dispatched was contacted by Toyota/Lexus Safety in regards to a stolen vehicle that was tracked to the stated address. Upon arrival, I encountered the stolen vehicle, a 2020 Toyota Tacoma (TN parked, turned off and abandoned in the parking lot. I confirmed the vehicle stolen (NIC#V542955790) with dispatch and contacted the owner, Bronson Reed. Mr. Reed arrived a short time later, with the only keys to the vehicle, and the vehicle was released to him at that time. There is no suspect information and I did not notice any camera systems on nearby buildings that could have potentially captured a suspect. I did recover latent prints off of the outside trim on the driver's side door and inside the passenger window as well as a pair of sunglasses that were in the glove box that were touched by a suspect.

Steffan Corey (Mall Security) recognized two African American female subjects (identities subsequently discovered to be those of Jacqueline Burney and Dayjah Moon) as being the two suspects involved in a series of prior shoplifting incidents at the aforementioned shopping mall. Corey desired for police to stand by while he confronted the women. Burney and Moon (negative warrant status for each) were both issued lifetime ban decrees from all CBL & Associates owned/operated properties by Corey.

Oliver (912) reported a memo at 317 E Main St. Officers were dispatched to an animal call where the reporting party stated a car had two dogs inside without the air running and windows partially down in the parking lot for State of Confusion. Upon arrival, officers located the vehicle (NH Tag: ) and observed the two golden retrievers inside. Officers noticed the tag of one of the dogs to provide a phone number and name: Josh McFarlene. Officers attempted calling several times and attempted finding the owner inside the restaurant but were not able to make contact. McKamey Officer Phillips responded to the scene and officers were able to unlock the car to let the dogs out. McKamey will be transporting the dogs and both agencies left complaint cards for the owner to find upon returning to their vehicle. Officers locked the vehicle back and left the area. No further.

At the time of dispatch, police were notified of a wire that appeared to be hanging below the traffic lights at the intersection of Gunbarrel Rd and E. Brainerd Rd. Upon arrival, Police observed a wire that did appear to be hanging lower than other wires but was still out of the way of traffic and not causing a traffic hazard. Police observed traffic as large as 18 wheelers moving freely through the intersection well below the low hanging wire. Police contacted dispatch and them to contact EPB and get a worker out to the scene to check the status of the wire. Nothing further.

Once Ms. Butchee had the money, the black male driver fled the scene towards Campbell St. Mr. Scott stated that he did not wish to press charges against Ms. Butchee. She told me that she had just gotten home, and when she approached her vehicle, and saw someone down beside the front tire of her vehicle and when he saw her, he ran off into one of the apartments there. When I looked at her tire, I did not see any damage to it, but it was flat. Ms. Green was insistent that someone slashed her tire from the inside of the vehicle. Ms. Green just wanted a report on the incident. No further action was needed.

I asked Mr. Wolford if he was on the lease of the apartment and he said no. I asked him if he paid any of the bills and he said no. I explained that Ms. Zaffis did not want him to stay there tonight and he needed to leave. Mr. Wolford packed a bag and left. Nothing further at this time.

On 05/19/2021at 23:00 hours, Officer Simpson (83694) reported a memo at 3201Rossville Blvd. While conducting a routine patrol, police ran the tag of a vehicle. The tag read and was a TN tag that came back to a BMW X5. The tag was displayed on a silver Kia Forte. As police activated emergency equipment to initiate a traffic stop, the vehicle turned onto 28th St. and took off from police, heading south onto Orchard Knob Ave before disappearing. The vehicle was not pursued. It is unknown why the vehicle fled.

On 05/20/2021at 02:38 hours, Officer Alexander Forgey (82278) reported a memo at 3800 Highland Ave.

On this date I attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a gray Chrsytler 200 for speeding (41mph in a 30mph zone) at 3800 Highland Ave. The vehicle did not yield to my blue lights and kept slow rolling through the Alton Park Villages. I hit my siren multiple times to attempt to get the vehicle to stop but it continued to slow roll away from me. Once the vehicle got around W 35th St and Alton Park Blvd it took off at a high rate of speed. At this point I turned off my emergency equipment and pulled off into a parking lot. The vehicle was last seen northbound on Alton Park Blvd. I ran the registered owner's information and found a Mr. Tyrell McDaniel as the registered owner. His license has a Knoxville address but I found a Coplink report that listed his home address as 2001McCallie Ave as of December 2020. This is the same address the vehicle is registered too. I checked the McCallie Ave address but did not locate the vehicle.

While on patrol I stopped a silver Chevy Equinox rental SUV for speeding (45mph in a 30mph zone). Upon contact with the driver he was identified as Mr. Jermichael Harris. I ran his information in Watson but during the duration of the stop (approximately 10 minutes) his information would not return on mine or other officer's Watson. I ran his information through CAD and it showed he has been cited for driving on revoked previously. Due to Watson not returning the information I let Mr. Harris go with a warning for speeding. After several minutes I ran his license again and it showed he has a valid GA DL and no active warrants.

Police attempted to contact the resident at 7740 Holiday Hills Cir but the resident did not answer the door. Police noticed multiple vehicles parked in the driveway none of the vehicles had registration displayed at the address. Police were only able to locate 1 report involving the vehicle 20-117421at that time Josh Bell 09/27/2004 had possession of the vehicle. Due to Police being unable to make contact with the owner of the vehicle a parking sticker was applied to the window. Nothing further to report.

On 05/20/2021at 08:45 hours, Officer Moser (60250) responded to a disorder at 1036 Pembrook Ln #1036. I spoke to Donnell Starling who stated he got into an argument with his wife, Tylisha Henderson over the fact that she got mad that she didn't want to eat at a restaurant he wanted to eat at. Mr. Starling stated that Mrs. Henderson struck his vehicle with her vehicle causing damage but no visible fresh damage was located on his vehicle.

I spoke to Mrs. Henderson who stated she got into an argument with her husband, Mr. Starling about eating at a particular restaurant and he started to "play games" and kept driving fast and slowing down and driving around her vehicle and "being dumb" while driving.

Mr. Starling agreed to leave the residence without incident and on his own terms.

I spoke to the victim and she told me that as she attempted to turn onto Grubb Rd. her wheel slipped between the tracks. R&D Wrecker was contacted and they extricated her from the tracks. Damage was done to the passenger side of the vehicle.

On 05/20/2021at 15:31hours, Officer H. Horton (68401) responded to a Property Found at 1807 Elmendorf St. Upon arrival police spoke to the Mr. Calvin Hayes the owner of the above mentioned property. Mr. Hayes stated Ms. Megan Pettigrew entered his business around 9:40 AM on this date. She looked inside the building and quickly exited the building and entered Mr. James Wingo's pick-up truck and sat inside it for a few minutes. Ms. Pettigrew exited the truck and walked away from the property. Mr. Wingo got into his truck to go home at the end of his shift around 3 PM on this date. Mr. Wingo discovered a wallet, jacket and fanny pack which all belonged to Ms. Pettigrew. Mr. Wingo walked into the business with the items and turned them over to Mr. Hayes. Mr. Wingo nor any other employees had ever seen Ms. Pettigrew before she walked onto the property. Mr. Hayes showed Police video footage of Ms. Pettigrew entering Mr. Wingo's truck and eventually exiting the truck and walking off the property. Police collected the items and turned them over to property as found property.

Ms. Howington is the homeowner and was renting to Mr. Swartout and his wife. Ms. Howington states that she told Mr. Swartout that she was selling the house and that he needed to move out. Mr. Swartout stated that he still had belongings inside of the house that Ms. Howington was putting outside and throwing away. Ms. Howington agreed to give Mr. Swartout until next Thursday to get his belongings from the property. Mr. Swartout agreed and stated that he would have all of his belongings out before then. Mr. Swartout stated that he did not want to press any charges for any possible damages to his property.

Police initiated the emergency equipment for a traffic stop at 1700 Broad St. The vehicle finally stopped at 1300 Broad St. The driver, Ms. Lutkus, was extremely confused and was giving me a blank stare. Ms. Lutkus is 75 years old. Due to her age and health symptoms, EMS was notified. Ms. Lutkus refused transport however her son arrived and drove her home. No further.

On 05/21/2021at 9:00AM Sgt. O'Brien conducted a follow-up on this incident. After speaking to the RP, it was apparent the sound of gunfire was relatively close to the residence. RP believed the sound came from the northwest, near the telephone pole which anchors the hard turn on 15th Ave coming up to the RP's residence.

I deployed K9 Gunther along the inner side of the turn, nearest the telephone pole. We worked approximately 100ft of linear distance. It was apparent there was very recent intrusion into the brush from the roadway by a person. The brush was extremely thick. K9 Gunther pulled me through the thick brush to the base of the telephone pole. Nothing was located during the sweep but again, conditions were extremely difficult for a search. No further action.

Wilkerson (83698) reported a memo at 2021E 3rd St. An anonymous RP called dispatch stating that earlier in the day, a male pulled a gun on someone at the Speedway. The RP then stated that the same blac male was at the above address in a silver two-door Honda with a temp tag. Upon arrival police searched the parking lot for a vehicle matching the description but was unable to find it. At that time, police located a four-door light colored Honda (TN parked with a black male driver and three other occupants, and attempted to make contact. The vehicle then fled the scene at a high right of speed as police approached the parties. The vehicle was last seen East on 5th St. from N. Willow St. The vehicle had a rear passenger side spare tire. The vehicle was BOLO'd. Nothing further.

On 05/20/2021at 23:35 hours, Officer Perocchi, Tyler (79535) responded to a noise complaint at 3520 Brainerd Road. Police were notified of a large crowd with loud music outside this address, and the noise from it was disruptive. Police responded and saw a large crowd of young adults. One of the older adults explained to police his son just graduated high school, obtained a sports scholarship, and they were celebrating in the building of the sports bar with him and his peers. He apologized for the noise and told police he would keep the crowd inside to limit the amount of noise they were causing. Police called the reporting party, Joshua Holritz. Holritz explained that the noise and activity from this address has historically been disruptive, and he has attended city council meetings and voiced his concern over the noise and activity he considers suspicious coming from this location. Police stayed in the parking lot briefly to make sure the noise was kept to a minimum, and left shortly after.

Once she told the individual she was calling police, he left. She described the person as a white male wearing a white shirt. Police checked the area and did not locate anyone matching this description. Finck also told police her window screen had popped out when he knocked on it, police inspected it with her and there was no visible damage to the window and the screen appeared to be able to be popped back in.

Police checked the vehicle and found two individuals in the back seat, identified as Trenton Williams Muhammad and Christina Smith. Police explained to them they were parked on the wrong side of the road and asked them to correct it. The vehicle was a 2019 Nissan Rouge, gray in color (with a Tennessee tag of and registered to a Belinda Smith. Smith told police the vehicle was hers, and Williams told police he lives at 722 Caruthers Road, they explained they met there and were talking in the vehicle. Smith told police she would correct the parking of her vehicle, and police left without incident. Colby stated to police that sometime between the dates of May 20, 2021and May 24, 2021, his Suzuki GSXR-750 (blue/white in color) was stolen from the parking lot of his apartment complex. The keys were not with the bike when it was taken. Colby stated that he has no idea who could have stolen his motorcycle.
